I'm very happy I went into Relax The Back when looking for a new office chair. My experience was superb while I tested different options. I bought a Lifeform chair and am very happy a few months later. I recommend RTB to my friends and family.

I came in to Relax the Back looking for a new chair for my home office. The owner was kind and informative and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. He took the time to show me different models, telling me about the benefits and highlights of each. Definitely recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business!

Called in expecting what most customers face these days, a lack of interest to provide any service after the sale. However instead, I was met with a gentleman that took complete ownership of the situation and resolved a warranty issue on first call. I guess it proves that you get what you pay for. The quality and service one gets is 1st class.

Just had the greatest experience with Chad at the Orlando store. He answered all my questions and put me in touch with Kimmie who is part of the Teeter company that makes the best inversion table EVER. They both bent over backwards (pun intended) to help me out. You can tell they really care about their customers. Both new customers and old ones!

We had visited family over Thanksgiving who had bought two zero gravity chairs from their local Relax The Back store and we found them to be very comfortable. They indicated they bought the chairs to help with back pain and were incredibly pleased with them. With the rush of the holidays over, we decided to visit the Relax The Back Orlando store at the beginning of the year. Upon entering, the store was neat and organized. Cory, owner, greeted us and let us take our time looking at the various chairs. He was patient with our questions and at no time did we feel any pressure to try and buy a chair. We did not buy a chair that day, however, after several phone conversations with Cory and his team over the next two weeks, we went back to the store again and spent almost an hour with Cory going over the benefits of the various chairs before finally making the purchase of a zero gravity chair. They even offered free delivery, however, we were able to bring it home ourselves. We are very happy with the chair and the overall experience with Relax The Back Orlando.
