Not sure which company you use at your security desk in your lobby to welcome customers and direct them to the correct floors, but I have never in my life experienced such absolute disgusting rude disgraceful attitude in my life. What a disgusting individual. I literally have no words. Monday 1/22 10am. Who ever was on duty then - what a disgusting human being. Asked for clarification on which floor the client was and she treated us like an absolute piece of dirt. What a dispacable human. I have no idea what happened in her life to make her this angry or to make her speak to people in such a disgusting manner. Never in my life have I experienced this sort of behaviour. Absolutely disgusted

Today was the worst customer experience service I've ever had at any bank in my 25 years of banking. I went to make a wire transfer and the rep i spoke with was extremely rude with how she interacted and she acted as if I was trying to pull a scam. I've been banking with Regions since 2000, when they were still AmSouth. My loyalty to them just got destroyed today.

Disgusting parking garage and entry. It smells like piss and someone graffitied the walls. This place sucks the way it does because on the weekends it’s rented out for club parking. Insanely gross. Walking in. You’re met by the back rooms. 2 old vending machines and wooden planks on the floor. The building lobby is nice and renovated but that’s about it. Nothing else it. The other business aren’t. Odd place.

What a great bank! The manager Clive was beyond helpful in every way, He truly cares. I wish every bank was this way. Wade was also very nice and helpful. If I could give the downtown branch of Regions 6 stars, I would.

The staff are uncaring and do not treat everyone the same.A man was sitting outside near the business by the intersection, minding his own business. The security officer walked up said something then walked away, returning with a manager. The two ladies told him he had to go, to point of threatening to flag down city security. He did leave and the two were laughing as though it were funny.I understand it's private property, etc etc, but here's the thing: he was not dressed nicely and told to go. Right after others sat down for an extended period of time, also minding their own business. They were not told to leave even though they didn't come from the bank or went into the bank after. The difference being they were dressed nicely.It's sad that the staff here don't have the decency to treat everyone the same.

Regions is HANDS DOWN the worst bank I have ever been with. I've had several issues come up and they do not handle them in a timely manor. I recently had my account hacked and they refused to refund my money. They claimed I allowed the transaction to happen. I most certainly did not ! Extremely unprofessional.

Overall Regions as a company does not value their employee, current or future. They were closing branches and letting employees go on a moment's notice way before the pandemic. Regions is too cheap to spend money on training. They make potential new employee candidates take an assessment where they expect you to learn all their policies and procedures and pass a test on them all in 60 minutes. I will be closing my account with this bank in the near future.
