I'm not the type of person to write a review, but I was forced to come here because my insurance company required me to complete an inspection with them upon starting a new policy with them. They get the job done but they do not keep their promises and they are not friendly while doing it - they told me they would submit the paperwork to my insurance company and they didn't, and I found out because I received a letter in the mail from my insurance company. The guy that I contacted about re-sending me the information so I could just send it myself gave me a hard time about re-sending me the paperwork when I knew it was easy info to find in my file & they should have sent it to the insurance company in the first place as promised. They really need to strengthen their customer service skills and be a little more friendly to people that are keeping them in business.

I went for an inspection for Geico and the staff was very helpful. So much so that Marisol and Jamil were very helpful in a quote for a friend's car that needed her windows fixed...They were friendly and were willing to work with me. I would highly recommend this place . I'm sure they will do a great job. Thank you.
