This is the best smoke shop experience I’ve ever had in Florida. It’s big, it’s clean, and it has a wide variety of products. I appreciate Valeria’s costumer service, she’s very friendly, has amazing product knowledge, and always willing to answer all of my questions. You guys have gained another loyal costumer.

The best smoke shop I been to in Florida so far. Came in to get some tips and immediately felt like family. Valeria the lady at the counter treated me as if we were long time friends and was extremely knowledgeable on every item in store. Really wish there were more customer service representatives like her. Definitely the best Smokeshop I been to so far. Keep it up guys

This smoke is my go to. It has all your needs for a super cheap price. Noah is always super helpful and knowledgeable and great at engaging with customers. I always leave with a smile on my face and new vape flavors to try. Highly recommend this smoke shop for their excellent customer service. They also have the best hours out of any smoke shop in the area!

I had a fantastic experience at Red Dragon Smoke Shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect products to suit my needs. May I just say, I don’t go to smoke shops often, my boyfriend goes for me because I often times have social anxiety. This time I decided to Go by myself and I feel so happy to have encountered Lucy. She made me feel so welcomed, answered all my questions with enthusiasm, was super knowledgeable on the merchandise and hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for. The service from Lucy was and is always amazing! I literally come here everyday just because she makes my day. Lucy takes the time to talk about my day, and I also hear her doing the same to the customers before me whenever there is a line. To be honest, i can go to other smoke shops to get a better price but I’ll come to red dragon because of her. With her, as your face red dragon is going to keep long term customers and get rid of the competition no questions asked

Coming from out of town this was the best smoke shop I have ever been too. So originally, I came to pick up a fume mint ice extra. Me and Lucy had an amazing conversation about her recommendation to get the bundle for two mint ice ultras instead of a mint ice extra. Before our conversation Indidnt know that for a couple dollars more an ultra has an extra 1000 puffs. And on top of that she was handling multiple people at the same time and her customers service was best in class. I run two restaurants will 40 employees each and would give anything for my employees to have the attention to guest experience that she gave me today. Lucy made me a long time customer on my first visit and honestly whatever you need to do, i would show an employee like her that you as her employer appreciates everything she does for your brand…….!!!! Thank you Lucy for your time today I will be returning to red dragon!

Wow, I never write reviews and had to after having the Lucy experience. I’ve never been to any smoke shop, or really any place that cared to make the customer feel as special and as welcome as she makes her customers feel. She has SO much knowledge and enthusiasm in what she does, and makes ur day better every time u encounter her. She could convince me to buy the whole store if i could! If i could give more than 5 stars I would! 11/10 experience with Lucy
