4 months ago I won 1 ornament (National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation house). I was charged 16.00 for shipping. This time I won National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation Eddie's RV and they charged me 30.00 for shipping. The excuse is that the first ornament weighed 1 ounce (less than an envelope) and this time this ornament weighed 8 oz. Even with labor, supplies and insurance it should be about 20.00. They could easily use a medium flat rate box which is alot less then their fee. I worked for the post office for alot of years and this is a perfect example of price gouging if I've ever seen. They were so helpful last time, but I can't do business with a company that has to make up excuses to justify outrageous shipping prices. I won't be doing business with these people anymore.!

Rapid estate liquidators is an incredibly wonderful auction house to deal with their professional, their courteous the auction house administrator actually messaged me back right back literally (within 15 minutes of my sending a message)Finley let me know all of the information I needed about my auction items and what our next steps would be! I would highly recommend this action house and their staff are a joy to deal with!

I ordered a print via Live Auction and was a bit uncertain since it was my first time using Live Auction/Rapid Estate. The person messaged me several times keeping me informed of the progress and anything required from my end. She also answered any questions I had promptly.The shipping was fast and not cheap but the print was packaged very well and arrived undamaged. I was pleased with the service.

We live in the UK but we had a very unique situation in that we needed a company that would help clear out our storage units in Orlando. After contacting a couple of companies, they all insisted that we send over photos first before they would engage. This was not possible as we were in the UK. We contacted Mary and she recognised the opportunity to help us. We were in constant contact with Richie who was amazing in organising movers and trucks and we were able to sort it all out. We would highly recommend Rapid Estate Liquidator’s.

Won 4 coins , .97 of an ounce , and was offered shipping from two handlers one for $25+ and one for $34+ . Was told they’d waive storage fee and I could purchase more and combine shipping . I told them to keep the 4 Pennie’s . A company like this that turns their head to extorted shipping costs is not one I’ll buy from again

Buyer Beware of this company. One of the worst estate liquidators that I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with quite a few over my 22 years in the online bidding business of estate auctions. The owner Mary is a deceptive business woman who blatantly lies and overcharges on items which are clearly labeled, listed, and described in a dishonest way. Please STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS who only cares about taking money from customers whether its dishonest or not and go and support customer friendly owners who will make an honest profit and provide some decent customer service. This company should be investigated.

A necklace I purchased for almost $100 was described as having sterling silver beads and clasp with red coral. The clasp is not sterling silver and I now wonder if the red beads are coral. Don't trust what these auctioneers say about the items in their auctions.

I have been using Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery for a few years now. It is a great place to buy and sell items. I found that EVERYONE there to be very personable, knowledgeable, and professional , at what they do. I get my questions answered promptly. I like the way the descriptions of the items are honest and thorough. The items in the auction are a nice variety for all the buyers. The site is easy to navigate and the process is very simple to understand. I will continue to use Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery because it is simply the best I have found.

I cannot say enough about the dedication and energy of Ms. Mary Dees. When she says she will get it done… she gets it done. She went above and beyond expectations!!!! I had a really really tough situation (real estate) and was feeling a bit hopeless, overwhelmed, and stressed!!! Mary was a Godsend. I truly believe that NO ONE would have taken on this task!!! Mary stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park!!!!! Her honesty and knowledge is like NO other!!!! Thank you again for ALL you have done… Could not have done it without YOU!!!!
