This was my second time renting from Randy’s Mobility and everything was perfect once again. I rented a power chair two years ago and a stroller for my most recent trip. Their products are high quality and the prices are reasonable. The stroller they provided looked brand new and my daughter loved it. Staff is helpful and the rental process was simple. I highly recommend Randy’s Mobility if you’re in need of a mobility or stroller rental.

We rented a chair for our Universal studios trip. The chair came before time and service was great. The chair was great and kept a great charge all day. Will use again!!!

First time I rented a scooter from Randy’s but will do it every time I come to Orange Lake Resort. All the individuals I dealt with were super nice and showed excellent customer service. Scooter was clean and held a charge very well. 4 days at Disney and I would not have been able to do that without my scooter. Thank you all so much

When I called other places in November, everyone was booked up. Randy's had plenty of scooters and strollers for us. We were able to keep it extra days too. He delivered to our rental house and picked up no problem. We also lost one of the keys in one of thr Avatar rides at Animal Kingdom and he was going to drive all the way there to get us a new one. Luckily we got it back and we didn't need him to. I was definitely happy with our experience and will go back if I never need to.

Staff Eddie was polite friendly and helpful. Scooter was at hotel when we arrived and left it there when we left. No issues with anything. Bsttrry held charge throughout Disney and was easily loaded by two people into SUV.I will use again and recomend wholehesrtedly!

This was my first time using a rental company and I couldn't have had a better experience! The first day using the scooter there was a "user error!" One quick call and he was able to explain what I was doing wrong! I had to change my drop off location and he was very accommodating. Great customer service! Will be using this company again on my next visit!

I cannot say how pleased my family and I were with Randy’s Mobility. Eddie was fantastic!! Our scooter did not charge overnight, and when we called the next day, Eddie was waiting on us at Magic Kingdom with a replacement charger!! He was extremely nice, and very helpful!! I will definitely use their service again if I ever need a scooter in Orlando!!

A++ company reliable and affordable. They have Very nice employee's Eddie was very cool and explained everything well on how to disassemblethe scooter so it could go where I go. Randy's came through for me when scoot around orlando left me hanging. When I arrived my scooter was nowhere to be found after confirming my order. . So I called Randy's and they supplied me with a scooter for the whole week I was in Orlando. The scooter was great it wasn't slow at all and it held a charge for the whole day. Very reliable!!I will definitely use them again next time I visit Orlando.Affordable!

My granddaughter and I recently spent 10 days visiting Disney World and both of us needed scooters to get around. On the first day, we discovered that it was almost impossible to rent them at the park, so we started searching for outside sources. It was our very good fortune to reach Randy’s Mobility in Orlando. They immediately took care of our needs! The very next day, Eddie delivered 2 wonderful scooters and showed us how to use them and to take them apart so we could load them in our car. Not only were the prices excellent, the service was superb! He was kind, courteous and patient and we felt pampered! He was always available for questions. When a huge rainstorm hit while we were at one of the parks, the water was so bad it stalled out one of the scooters. When we called Eddie for help, he came immediately and directly to the park and brought another scooter! They ran all day on one charge and were in great condition. We would highly recommend this business to anyone visiting the Orlando/Disneyworld area, as Randy’s Mobility is the epitome of a wonderful, service oriented company!Diane C.

Five stars!Was (luckily) able to book with some short notice. They were competitively priced at 20 bucks LESS than what the parks charge per day! Eddie worked with me on my rental and was fast and on time with my delivery. He picked my scooter up at my hotel door instead of a pesky "meetup." Definitely recommend! Oh, the scooter had variable speeds to work with your comfortability. (but also could haul butt!)

1) Rented power scooter for my mother while we visit Disney & Universal. When called to rent months in advance they said we would have scooter by 8am the day we visit Disney. When we arrived in Florida, I called to verify scooter will be here by 8am.... They tell me no but will be there between 8:30am - 9am. I explained we have non-refundable tickets to park and the whole family would have to wait the scooter gets here meaning now we are looking at 10:30am to get to park. 9am came and went so I called Randy's mobility and he tells me he is extremely busy will be another 45 minutes. At the same time I hear him ordering his breakfast (he forgot to mute) I said if your so busy how you be ordering breakfast so late in the day ??? 2) I called him 2 days before scooter is scheduled to be picked up, To let him know that he can pick it up anytime at new resort on answering machine and to call me back that he received message. Never called back, so I called again on day it was due and said did you get my message ? He said yes and sorry forgot to return my call. 3) scooter pretty beat up. Poor shape

Called and took my scooter in the same day. It was fixed in less than an hour. The place is a little hard to find (around the back of a strip center) and not air-conditioned, but nicer, better service you couldn't wish for. I highly recommend this business and would definitely go back.

If you ever need repairs on your mobility scooter this place is the place to go Eddie fix my mobility scooter in no time I am so happy and thrilled I found them if it was it wasn't because someone recommended. so I recommend the 1,000,000%
