ZERO STARS!HORRIBLE LOCATION!! Always a problem.Can’t complete a return via Apple Pay.Can’t return items from the electronic receipt even though the system asks you to enter an email address. Lady REFUSED to even try.Manager is never available to assist.Horrible customer service.Avoid this location!!Update: Went to the location on Pine Hills and Colonial..return with no problem!

I visited this location recently which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I ever had in any clothing store in a while. The associate named Hailey behind the register accused a long-time shopper of rainbows establishments a thief in so many words when a balance for a gift card didn't register for the amount that was supposed to have been placed on the card for online returns as a store credit gift card. Hailey needs a process of improvement course in learning how to speak and take care of the customers shopping there spending their hard earned money in the stores. I will no longer shop with any of the rainbow shops ever again. The help there working is absolutely awful and aren't knowledgeable in their job. thejob.

Love to shop here for different items. I love t get the under shirts in different colors, wasn't able to find in black in my size this time but it's fine maybe another time. Still an awesome store to shop in.
