All the employees were super nice and the manager was the best. She helped me pick out some nice outfits. I love how she has completely changed the store and how organized it is now. I can finally find things. It was so unorganized before she took over. You need more managers like her.

No access to 3 perfectly unused fitting rooms is unacceptable. I will not be returning until they opened them up again. It's ridiculous it's a clothing store we need to be able to try our items on period. I hope other women stop shopping there they'll change it then

Best rainbow in Orlando. They have a great variety in regular size women, plus size women and children clothing. Great variety in shoes too. They even have a lot of little girl shoes!. I've been to all the rainbows in Orlando and this is the cleanest, most organized and best selection !!!

They should get rid of this miserable sales associate. Could be Jamaican or somewhere from the islands idk her by name but she literally did the absolute most by accusing me of shoplifting and embarrassing me and making a scene in the entire store. Mind you another young lady sales associate confirmed that when I walked in, prior to even shopping, the metal detector kept going off. And I had no belonging from Rainbow in my bag. Even after I spent $100+ cash.But no, she insisted that I was stealing.Word of advice, if you have AirPods or something metal or magnetic that would set off the detector, just don’t bring it or else this grumpy lady will chase you down the aisle and wrongfully accuse you of shoplifting.

They moved from the other location to one that is much much better and bigger. The new team is helpful and much happier. The clothes are great actually and the shoes and jewelry are decent.
