I like the race track franchise but literally went to two different ones and they had smeared poop in both bathrooms locations were this one John parkway and the other was on the 4000 block of sand Lake smh disgusting ?

Bathrooms had no paper towels, super wet floor and no wet floor sign. Apparently you are not allowed to wash your hands or face in the bathroom according to staff, staff yelled at me multiple times for washing my hands in the restroom, staff was not friendly after I spent $$$ on gas. Do not come here unless you want a bad experience or to be yelled at rudely.

Usually there are good prices on fuel and the store is always clean including the restroom

Politely asked for my items to be bagged. Got flicked a plastic bag towards my direction with no professionalism and had to bag my own item. Someone didn't want to work at 3/20/2024 8am

I love their wide variety of snacks, drinks, ice cream, and other convenience items within their stores. Their facilities are clean, well-maintained, and have plenty of parking. Its loyalty program, which allows customers to earn points on their purchases that can be exchanged for cheaper items and products.

Friendly staff but expect to wait 5-10 minutes before getting to a single cashier. This place is always busy in the morning but always only one cashier working and one walking around doing other things. To be honeat there is no reason my back is against the entrance door standing in line. I usually skip this racetrac for this reason but today I gave it another chance. What a waste. I witnessed 3 people walk in and back out once you see the line is to the door and only one cashier working the desk.

The cashier currently working today with red hair was very rude. There's a line of over 10 people waiting to ring up and when we ask if somebody could help her. Her response was I got it yet people are getting backed up in line and waiting more and more for service. Wasn't going to do anything or say anything except for the fact of how rude she was.I'm pretty sure most days everything's fine, but on February 12th at 6:00 p.m. Some of the worst service I ever got. Didn't but anything, didn't get gas I just left.

Great place to get gas & a snack, lunch, beer power drinks, water, etc., great soft serve ice cream in different flavors, clean through out the store including bathrooms
