I had a problem with a charger and reached out to the manufacturer. After initial contact they stopped all communication. I contacted RDQ customer service just to let them know that MFG support was poor. Harold with RDQ immediately decided that was not going to work and replaced the charger! Even paid return shipping for the old one. This was so much more than I expected. I didn't expect anything just wanted the retailer to know about what happened. Give these folks some business if you can, we need folks like this supplying our hobby needs. Absolutely amazing to say the least!

Customer Service is the BEST, I've dealt with a lot of drone stores, and RDQ has not let me down YET, they ships so dang fast, and the customer service is quick and helpfull ( i was getting issues resolved during break time) not days later.. Great work, Highly Recommend. My last support agent was with Harold Houser he responded and he took care of my issues in minutes.

I bought something and didn't realize it was defective as I was a new pilot. 6 months after my purchase I contacted support and they sent me a replacement unit. That's crazy to me. I'll be buying more from them.

Cole is an outstanding service member. Handled my issue in minutes. Always a great experience dealing with RDQ- Even when its an RMA !! THANKS AS ALWAYSMax specifically went above and beyond to ensure that TWICE my issues were fixed with the same product. The manufacturer ghosted us both and Max specifically expedited a fix while maintaining absolute composure in dealing with a chain of emails, videos, pictures that spanned months. Could not ask for a better customer service agent!! My absolute go to business on the East coast hands down. Honestly they beat most of the West Coast guys shipping too lol!!
