The wait time to be seen is incredibly long and they don't give a damn. I think they don't give a damn because they know that you have to have your blood drawn for a specific reason.

Only go here if you've made an appointment. Their appointment system is a little strange. You call their number and I don't think you can even get to an actual person. The phone system walks you through everything and you make the appointment. When you get to the place you have to use touchscreens to sign in. Luckily, I made an appointment and was called within five minutes. There was at least four people sitting there before I even arrived, and I got called before all of them. I think all the same people were still waiting when I left. The phlebotomist was friendly but I have a quarter sized bruise from two weeks ago still on my arm.

I didn’t have any issues but I witnessed the most unprofessional medical technician. It was a woman who has burgundy hair and tattooed eyebrows. Now if you’re not tech savvy I don’t recommend coming to this location because when you ask for help checking in this particular woman would yell at you and berate you in front of everyone. I was disgusted by the way she treated the patients who were older or didn’t speak good English and needed assistance. Every time she stepped foot into the waiting room she was yelling and rolling her eyes. It made my experience there very unpleasant and extremely uncomfortable. When I went to the back to get my test I overheard her speaking with a colleague about how patients “think they’re slick” and telling her colleagues to not call back certain patients to get their test done.

Going to Quest diagnostics merely to pick up a testing kit and drop it off when completed has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I can recall. Let me briefly explain why. I don't think their problems have anything to do with the staff. The staff are tasked with jobs that, frankly, they should not be doing. If they are lab techs or phlebotomists then they should tasked with those jobs. You can see how stressed the staff are there because they are tasked with office administration, patient visits, and (some, not all) on-site testing. Quest has NO front of office staff. The office itself is behind a locked glass door. It feels like you're at a prison with a touch screen as your interface to the world. There is no possible way to talk to a human being with Quest unless you have their secret, local office number. Quest has opted for the model of inefficiency for the sake of inhumanity. If that statement doesn't make sense, that's because it doesn't. I am convinced that given the volume of work Quest Diagnostics undertakes that their current business model is operating on pure greed. My recommendation? Don't go to a Quest Diagnostics office if you can avoid it until Quest changes their model to have human contacts over the phone and front of office staff at their locations. I, for one, will never be using their services again.

I like the new office set up, not a lot of people around you. The check in for those with appointments is great. The arrival text is an excellent resource. Jodi my phlebotomist is always friendly and professional. She let you know step by step what she is doing. She is very respectful. I like the TV set up that informs you how much time you must wait. The office is clean and plenty of parking. Easy in and out location.

I came in as a walk in and was seen within an hour. A woman named Dion or Deeon(not sure how her name was spelled) took care of me for the drug screen I had to do for a future employer. She was very friendly and has great communication skills.

This location over-schedules themselves unrealistically which causes unacceptably long wait times every time I have tried to make any appointment here. According to THEIR OWN waiting board, they have 29 appointments scheduled in the next 60 minutes plus walk-ins. But they’re processing someone every 5-8+ minutes. So of course they’re going to run way behind when they schedule themselves so absurdly unrealistically. I’ve tried them a few times trying to avoid driving further to a different lab company but have always waited 30+ minutes beyond my appointment time as I did again today. Avoid this location at all costs. Find another lab service that keeps their appointment times.

This morning, I went to do my diagnostic exams. I had a really good experience with Samantha. She is a wonderful staff member who does her job really well, is attentive, and kind and professional. She has 100% on customer service! These 5/5 Stars are really for her and her hard work.I’ve come to this branch for 7 years now, and the majority of the staff is really rude with the patients. This time around, my experience was nothing like this. I didn’t have to wait much at all for my appointment. It was organized today and great customer service from Samantha!

They are so rude it’s hilarious. I understand some people are not good patients. But my goodness. They were not helpful at all. And they pretty much just told me we can’t help you. When I already have an an appointment booked. I feel bad for people are disabled and need help that have came to this place. And oh it wasn’t just me. I witnessed them treating other patients the same.
