The blood drawn was smooth, the technician that did it hit the vain with no problem and I couldn't even feel it. Very pleased

The people at the clinic are always exceptional. However, they cannot deal with administrative issues, and there is absolutely no one to talk to at corporate or through the web. Communications, outside of talking to a tech, suck. I appreciate customer service live, not via an AI email. In that department, Quest is terrible.

So I have a sample to be dropped off. When I receive the equipment I was told to just drop it off. Now we are here waiting to drop off the frozen sample. Not one employee is able to accept the sample. They give me the “woulda, coulda, shoulda” excuse. They start with the words, “yeah, but. . .” It’s now an hour wait, sample is no longer frozen, we are #4 on the waitlist excluding appointments. I would have made an appointment had I been informed. The Question agent told me to just drop it off. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU. THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING BEYOND THEIR OWN SPACE.

Always short staffed, never on time even with an appointment. The techs are nice but they need to work on taking those with appointments before the walk-ins.

Terrible. I went Monday to get blood drawn. I needed to take home a test and bring it back after 24 hours. I asked twice for the instructions for dropping it back off. The lady said just bring it by. The first issue is that she didn’t take enough blood to run all the tests. So I had to give additional blood when I went to the doctor yesterday. Second issue is I just went by to drop off the test and was told I need to make an appt. So I went to the computer and saw no appts available all day. I can sit and wait for however long it may take. I have a job as most people do. Why wouldn’t they schedule you an appt knowing you must bring the test back? Or have a better system for those dropping things off? I left and will not be getting the test done because I have to go to work. Very disappointed.

I almost canceled my appointment last minute because I was so afraid of getting my blood drawn. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past, but I decided to just go and get it over with and couldn’t have been more pleased by having Kai take my blood! I told her how nervous I was going into it (even though yes I knew it would be quick and just a little bit) and she was able to talk to me during the process to keep my mind off it the needle and before I knew it, she was done! I was so worried for nothing lol but Kai made the process much less scary. I also arrived 10 min before my appointment to check in and left 15 minutes later. Thank you!!!!!

The worsen. Today for the blood test, which is not free, the employee has a rude attitude. It's a shame she's from the island. She left a purple mark on my arm. What should I do? Never back

OMG... if you guys have the moment before you make your appointment; ask for (Jackie ) this amazing lady is the most professional person working at this place, as soon as she opens the door to call your name, she smiles and show how is ready to work with you.... till you finish.
Thank you Jackie,

Nurse Brenda would not listen to me on the best vein to get blood. (I did phlebotomy) she was so adamant that she knew her body and she will feel & pick the vein she wants and has been doing this since 2009. She said she will not do the vein that the client suggests and she can take from my head down to my feet without a problem. She made me feel degraded and stupid and even told me veins don’t roll but I told her mine was deep and clearly showed her the best one. She picked the vein to the right of where I asked her. She missed, she blew my vein and had to dig and dig and had the audacity to say it was my fault for “jinxing her”. I will never ever let her touch me, my family or any of my friends. She was rude with a spicy attitude and would cut me off when I tried to explain. I’m 51 and have been thru a lot medically and I was a licensed phlebotomist. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
Also she knew she blew my vein and I would bruise so she told me not to pick up anything at all for 2 hours with that arm so when I saw the bruise I would have to blame myself. As soon as I took off the bandage it was bruised and swollen!
The pictures were within 2 hours of the blood draw and you really can’t see the swelling but it’s there!

Check-in was easy, wait time wasn't bad. I arrived early (20 mins) to make sure I wasn't stuck in traffic. Everyone was friendly, overall a great experience.
