They know about customer service. I called 5 Dry Cleaners before Quality Cleaners because I had just gotten off the plane yesterday and couldn't get my and my husbands clothes pressed. Every other Cleaners told me no. We called but the phone was having troubles due to last weeks hurricane. I got to the store and the owner was so courteous and helpful after I explained our dilemma. We are MOH and BM at a destination wedding. Just picked up our clothes at 9am, we took them at avout 2pm yesterday for pressing. Thank you soo much for helping us out. Many blessings towards you and the business ? May you always have lots of customers.

Quality Cleaners was fantastic! I had a ball gown with a drink stain down the front and armpit stains and on a Saturday they turned the dress around in an hour and a half! They didn't just get the dress done with no prior notice, but it was done perfectly. Price was $50 for this quick turnaround of a fancy gown, which was WELL worth it! They were great!!

Me and my daughter has been patronages of this business for minimum of 5-7 years. It’s family owned. They’ve been there for over 30 years. So we absolutely love going there because they provide great service and cleaning is done onsite, our cloth never get shipped to a different facility to be cleaned, so everything is done at the cleaners where we bring our beautiful garments.

Quality Cleaners misplaced my suit and did not have it ready for the scheduled pickup. We drove out there but they didn’t even know where it was. The next day we had to follow up with them late in the afternoon because they never even bothered to call us back and provide an update on their search like they had promised. When they did eventually find the suit they offered no discount for the inconvenience they had created. We are very disappointed by this experience and will no longer be using their service.

I’m so impressed and happy with the quality of their alteration services. Another tailor let me down with terrible service. Not only did Quality Cleaners fix the poor hem job, they did it faster and cheaper than the other place. The added bonus was how nice the staff is!

We took $400 RobertGraham shirts here and the ones that were white are now gray. We will not be coming back to this location. They ruined over 20 of his beautiful shirts that we can never purchase again, as they are limited. We do not recommend taking any specialty shirts to this cleaner. Staff was nice but unfortunately we will not return.
