I would like to give a huge shout out to your employee, Jackson! He saw me unloading my cart in this extreme heat and was kind enough to came over and offered to help me. I had several cases of water, Celsius and soda. Having that extra set of hands was super helpful, especially with it being so hot outside. Thanks Jackson!!!!

Always clean and staff are friendly. Never had an issue with anything I've bought here or with ordering from the deli. Meats sre fresh, cooked food is hot and never old.

BOGO prices are now the same price as Target regular prices. When suppliers lower prices, try passing along reductions to your customers similar to Costco.

Beware of rude bakery manager at Eastwood Publix.
This woman must hate her life and she takes it out on customers.
For 4th of July I wanted a dessert and thought the glazed croissants that have gone viral would be yummy.
Typically, I have to go to Winter Park to get glazed croissants from Le Femme Du Fromage. They are beyond delicious! But I don’t live anywhere near Winter Park, and I was at Publix so I asked if they could glaze the croissants. The girl I spoke to first was young and very kind. She said she saw the video too and that they don’t do them because it’s only good when the croissants are hot, which was fine.
I asked if she could heat some up while I finished my shopping and get them before I leave.
The bakery manager stalked over, her attitude wafting off of her like the angry trolls in The Hobbit when they were geared up to fight. She said they couldn’t make me glazed croissants and that I’d have to order them in advance and get them the next day. Then she asked if I wanted to do that—all spoken with an unchecked bad attitude, her chin raised as she stared down at me with defiance.
I think she assumed I was younger than I am, because I look young for my age, but I’m a 50-year-old woman, so this was ridiculous.
I replied, “No thanks, I’m looking for a dessert for today, for the Fourth of July.” Then I proceeded to peruse the rest of the baked goods and settled for a different dessert.
BTW the bakery was dead! Not a single customer.
There are no shortages of Publix around my house. I choose this one because I particularly like the employees. Just last week, my husband was there and asked if they had carrot cake donuts in the bakery. They usually have three kinds, lemon, strawberry, and carrot cake, but they were out of carrot cake.
The bakery lady told him she would make them for him and he could get them in a few minutes.
I don’t know why they cater to making an icing topped and custard filled donut but they can’t glaze a croissant. That makes no sense.
After this poor display of customer service and on the Fourth of July, I will not be returning to that Publix.
Grocery shopping is already a tedious task. You shouldn’t be treated like garbage from a bakery manager.

I love Publix, I was in the area and we passed by here, in the videos I leave you stops inside that you can do with your little ones, the first drawings or activities to color the crayons are given in the boxes with stickers, then chocolate cookies or colorful ones, and a stop at snack fruits for your little ones at home. I hope I have informed you of something new, everything here is very organized, very clean, varied and stocked, I found everything I needed to take and the staff was very friendly. Oh, I forgot, in the water that I came to get, I found that when I bought one I got another one, so I'm glad I stopped here.
