The deli couldn’t be slower. It’s 9:30, my daughter was just admitted to hospital and needed food as dietary was closed. Nothing available in prepared section, I’m 3rd in line and have been waiting 30 min. Can’t get anything else due to lack of microwave, etc. Finally to front of line and they don’t know how to make a chicken tender wrap ?

Expensive; mixed customer service (good to rude); reputation among Laureate Park moms for expired goods (I’ve experienced this myself); meats better at Aldi and most items available at Walmart without the rude, dismissive service of some of the cashiers. Lacking the normal Publix greetings and offers to take groceries to the car. I have stopped shopping here.

This market location is conveniently located and smaller than some other Publix stores. Parking is challenging. The area is growing and in desperate need of the new Publix that is under construction to open.

Lake Nona is a very upscale area in the greater Orlando area, but that does not account for class. As one of the few natural born Orlandians, I have always associated Publix with higher quality for slightly higher prices when compared to other grocery stores. SKIP THIS PUBLIX. The Publix I frequent weekly has great customer service and a beautiful layout. This Publix does not. Nobody greeted me despite making eye contact with several employees, and the cashier in the express lane could not be bothered to even speak to me even after I asked them, "How is your day going?" This is the one Publix I have ever visited that makes me regret not going to Wal-mart. If I wanted indifference bordering on outright rudeness from employees, I would prefer the lower prices.

I used this business as an information hub yesterday in order to launch my review campaign in the lake Nona sector of town. I was not harassed or made to feel bad about sitting down at the front of the store to rest my leg. I noticed that the main component racially of this Publix were white Americans. They actually allowed me to have a great time by leaving me alone and allowing me to regroup myself. I really have to thank you guys for considering me because I felt quite debilitated. Their customer service was great all across the board!
