I thought the deli was always understaffed at the Publix by my home but then I visited here today and realized it is a brand issue. Over the past week I was at a Publix in Pigeon Forge TN, Atlanta GA and 2 in SE Orlando and they all only have one person working in the deli slicing meat in the middle of the day. They normally have a line and it is frustrating because the choice is to wait 20+ minutes or just leave. In 3 of the 4 times, I just left.

I will definitely only shop in my neighborhood based off my experience customer service in the deli really is bad nobody will ask you if you need any help it's not a good look and I love publix John Young Pkwy I never experience racism but different strokes for different folks it was horrible I will NEVERRRRRR go back to that location period
