How can you have an employee handling large sums of money if she doesn’t know the difference between $159.00 and $1593.96? Where did she get the numbers 93.59 from? You have lost a loyal customer for not managing things correctly and, above all, for not ensuring customer satisfaction. The staff for the client is not prepared.

I'm utterly disgusted with this metrowest publix pharmacy, the male pharmacy manager/supervisors conduct, attitude and customer service skills are non existence or he just could care less about the wellbeing and safety of his patients.. he makes false claims, accusations and he is extremely disrespectful and has an ego and a stick up his rump. He refuses to fill my palliative care pain meds, I travel to multiple states due to multiple terminal genetic disorders. My palliative care dr is in new york. He hangs up on me, yells, and threatens me publicly in front of everyone near the pharmacy which is a huge hipaa violation. I need my med for travel and chemo pain. I'm apparently worthless and unworthy to get any meds and the would rather send patients into withdrawal and seizures. My dr called numerous times stating medical necessity for the pain med. I've filled it before many times from same dr..

This is my main publix that I frequent often. I rate it a four because I am comparing it to the nearest grocery store (the infamous "Kirkman Wal-mart). Compared to that Wal-mart, this shopping experience transcends. The store is clean, regularly stocked, and never has long lines at the cashier. The one time I used the Deli, I had to wait for one of the clerks to notice me. It took quite a while. If you are local to this publix, it is worth the extra few minutes to traverse to Dr. Philips area where the two Publix are far superior in all areas. Like all Publix that I have shopped in, the prices are comparable to Wal-mart.

This is the best Publix that I have been to. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about where items are and how to assist. They stay busy and always work hard to keep the appearance of the store up! The deli is great and food is always fresh. It's a great neighborhood store. Keep up the good work!!!!

About a year ago I had posted that Publix have all kinds of Drake's cakes except yodels and today I went shopping for some groceries and I went to get some bread I look to my right and there was my yodels boy was I a happy customer I had to take the last three boxes thank you Publix for making me a happy customer ?
