Came in for fried chicken at dinner time. That's a mistake. Why would you have hot food available at dinner time? Romaine lettuce is empty except for one half rotten bag that someone put back??Seriously this particular Publix deli is the worst run operation on the planet. Our orders are consistently wrong, and items we come in for frequently unavailable. And when you stand there they literally ignore you until you yell. This is not Publix service. WTF at I paying almost double for??

Deli department makes me not like this location at all, I can't even go there for lunch to grab a sandwich because they think 1 employee is good for a line of 5 people waiting for a sandwich. Would not recommend this store to anyone. I've waited 20-35 minutes for someone to even ask what I want.

Online sub order ignored. Arrived a half hour later to grab it and it wasn’t ready. Saw 4 tickets hanging from the printer, so not just me having a crappy lunch break. ended up having to pay the same price for less in a “grab n go” sandwich. Just look at the quality!!

I have had several bad experiences here. Now this has taken me a few years to get to the point where i felt the needed to review it. There have been a staff members that have been super nice, but the person I think who is in charge seems to be discriminatory if you don't speak spanish, it could just be an older staff member but its just how I felt based on the reaction I got. They started speaking to me in spanish and I had to apologize saying i'm sorry I only speak english. They also take zero initiative on digital orders. Expect to have to call in to make them look for your prescription, the pharmacy staff do not seem to do this automatically. They will also take zero initiative to notify anyone if they do not carry it. I arrived to pick up a digital prescription from the prior day and nobody had checked the system. It was mentioned negatively like it was an annoyance to them that it was sent in digitally. They then told me the doctor would have to order it as they do not carry it. It would seem to me as a pharmacy your job would be to communicate with the doctors and customers and make sure to notify people of these things, rather than just ignoring it and wasting peoples time. I guess as a publix brand store I expected the same level of amazing customer service i receive in the grocery store. I am still trying to get my prescription filled from the prior week.

Don't order anything with South Chase Publix's delivery vendor, Instacart. We did, and we lost $125.00 worth of food. We were delivered someone else's food, instead. The delivery person would not respond to our immediate texts of wrong delivery, and the Instacart website is not working properly, so you cannot get a refund. If you text instacart, it will time out and you get no response. I called Publix manager, and complained the vendor. He offered me the corporate communications number, (Which was incorrect, btw) I found the number myself, complained, but I'm still out $125.00

I went for the senior shopping. Shelves we just being stocked at 7:30 and there were way too many people shopping and no social distancing. Just not worth getting up and shopping early. One good thing Thank you to the employee wiping the shopping carts.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I won't shop anywhere else. I would also like to thank the staff for being there ,during this crisis. Please remember they are in the same situation, as we are. They are working so we can get supplies, it's NOT there fault that items are not available.

Unfortunately this is the closest Publix to my house so I DO come here often and I ALWAYS run into an issue here. Today, while walking out the handle on my grocery bag broke because the associate attempted to shoved a cake in a bag that didn’t fit properly. Some associates helped in picking things up and handing them back to me. I told them that the bag broke. They walked away to continue doing what they were doing. I stood there and repacked my things into another bag. And I really could of used help to my car but no one offered that either. Worst customer service ever! I HATE going here.
