What a mediocre pharmacy, they never have the medications on the day they offer to have them, they say: it happens at 3 o'clock or it happens tomorrow and one goes in vain, what's wrong with the Publix managers who don't put order to that problem?, the saddest thing is that the one who always fails is an elderly blonde american woman with glasses, pedantic and unkind.•Qué farmacia tan mediocre, nunca tienen los medicamentos el día que ofrecen tenerlos dicen: pasa a las 3 o pasa mañana y uno va en vano, qué le pasa a los directivos de Publix que no le ponen orden a ése problema?, lo más triste es que la que siempre falla es una anciana norteamericana rubia de anteojos, pedante y poco amable.

These guys have a very clean store here, and the employees are generally very helpful. They seem to know where things are. I like coming here.

I can't count the number of prescriptions that I've had sent here that were never filled and they don't even call and tell you anything. This is medication I need to live and they just let the prescription sit there. It should be illegal to run a pharmacy like this.

The Rock Springs Rd. location in Apopka,Fl. Has the worst deli department of any store I've visited. If you place an online order be ready to wait another 30-45 mins after said pick up time. This is the third time it's happened at this location. And once you ask for the status of said order they then begin to make it in front of you because it wasn't even started. Highly advice skipping this location it's never on time for anything.

I literally only stopped here for vegan Reese cups. They had like 8 left. The staff was very helpful, with helping me locate them. When we walked in, it smelled fresh and clean.

Hands down, one of the best grocery stores to shop at. Everyone is kind, welcomingly, almost oddly always in a pleasant mood and happy. Even the bag boys and cashiers smile genuinely and ask me about my day. The store is clean and even the wagons are organized in neat rows in the parking lot. Love coming here!

Worse pharmacy ever I had issues with my prescription whoever answered the phone wouldn’t even look up my RX# to see if the medication can be refilled and transferred. She had someone else (maybe supervisor) answer the line after being put on hold and this lady is going on and on until I told her can I speak? Aren’t you supposed to listen to the customers concerns. At that moment I no longer needed her help I’ve switched pharmacies I don’t want anyone who doesn’t care about their job or customers handling my medications.

The store was clean, plenty of parking in the lot. Employees I encountered were courteous and helpful. Kudos to the assistant manager who help bag my groceries , even though it wasn't busy. He even spoke about the value of signing up for the app.

February 11, 2023 I purchased packaged pudding. When we got home we saw it had a date of use by February 7,2023. We went back in and they gave us our money back. We went over to pick another one and all the dates were bad! One as bad as October 22, 2022. I went and told customer service and they said someone would go throw them out. We went in today and looked at the dates! Still the same ones!!! Use by October 22, 2022 and January 11, 2023. Absolutely ridiculous! Publix is supposed to be a better shopping experience. The prices are already outrageous to shop there and now they are selling out of date food!!! Disgusting! I took pictures and took them to the manager who informed me there is no way it’s the same ones and they must be coming from the storage that way. So my question is, are the workers stocking the food not checking dates?? They just put it out and don’t even care! I now check the use by dates on everything. I shouldn’t have to honestly. Do better Publix.

My son's doctor text me at 10am today to say they'd sent his prescription to them. I got there at around 1030am and went to the drive-thru so I didn't have to take my sick son out of the car.The older blonde woman with glasses is RUDE. She literally cut me off in mid sentence to speak over me and demand his DOB while saying they didn't have the prescription yet...she hadn't even checked she was just saying it to say it because when she entered his info she said they "just got it". I asked how long it would take to fill and she said a couple hours and I would get a text. I wasn't happy, but whatever. It's been a couple hours so I called to check.I was immediately slammed on hold. Meaning, I was asked to hold but before I could answer the hold music was already going. I spoke to a gentleman that told me they didn't have enough to fill it and that instead of the capsules the doctor and I discussed giving him, they were going to give him tablets. He then started interrogating me about what I was going to do with capsules.I asked if anyone was going to say anything to me or did they assume I'd be ok with them filling it however they wanted. He had no answer for that.Maybe if that old lady with the glasses actually cared about customer service rather than rudely rushing me out of the drive-thru I would have known and been able to get it filled elsewhere in a timely manner, now I have to wait even longer for my son to get relief.I was on the phone with my sister and she heard the entire drive-thru exchange and asked me what that lady's problem was.And that is the story about how Publix Pharmacy lost my business. Mess around with my meds, whatever. Make my kid suffer for longer than he needs to and I'll never use your pharmacy againThis pharmacy is no pleasure. You're making Publix look bad.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would! If you are on a narcotic pain medication I advise you to go to another pharmacy. Not only is everyone who works there discriminatory towards people who take narcotics on a regular basis but they make you wait until the day you are out of your medication to tell you they don’t have it so when it happens to be the weekend and you can’t reach your physician until Monday you will be out of your medication for a few days and left to suffer. Unless you want that, go someplace else. And then they tell you if you don’t like it, we would hate to lose you as a customer but go someplace else! I see I’m not the only one to have problems. Maybe a class action lawsuit will do them good ?

Pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:54, according to my phone, to pick up an important prescription and the sign was already up that they were closed... right beside the sign with their hours stating they close at 9. I would have rushed in, with my newborn, but I saw that they were already pulling the store barrier shut. I understand that i was cutting it close; but not adhering to your posted hours is completely unacceptably for a pharmacy.
