Bad service, they are more concerned about serving the criminals who steal than the honest customers who buy, there are no shopping carts inside the store in their place and everyone without exception in the parking lot and 3 employees watching without doing anything useful but without picking up carts , solution NEVER GO TO THAT MARKET AGAIN.

Semi truck delivery 53 foot trailer .. i was thinking .. oh boy, this is gonna be a rough one.
I always look at the satellite view beforehand at new places.
I took Semoran instead of Conway because i know those 2 roads. Semoran is wider. This also makes for a left turn into the shopping center, for more space. Then i went around to the wall, checked in and was told to just back up even with their door .. no dock.
That was pretty easy, and they know what they're doing, foot the unload.
This delivery wasn't half as bad as i thought it was going to be.

Most of staff is rude, arrogant supervisors, some Deli employees look like they don’t want to work and provide deficient customer service arguing with each other in front of customers, uneducated environment, misrepresentation of the chain, only cashiers greet and smile, most staff members display mad and unhappy faces, must improve to remain in business.

Today my daughter and Istopped by presidente supermarket located at 4686 E Michigan St, Orlando, FL 32812. I forgot one of my bag I paid for it. When my wife and daughter returned to store to get it. The manager her last name Rodriguez said that she can't give us the Kit kat Ice cream I purchased for my daughter cause it was my responsibility. Theyvwer two cashiers working together at the same register. I don't understand why they didn't say something about it. You have be careful to come here at the store. The are pretty fishy. The manager Rodriguez said she is the only manager in charge that we're not higher management that we can contact about it.

Very good afternoon, everything in this super market seems excellent to me, although it does not seem to me that they want to implement a kind of rationing with respect to some products, wanting to sell you 1 per person, I understand that there are promotions, I understand it, I also understand that you can, as you have to, sell 1 in promotion and the rest at the normal price and nothing happens, but not imposing a kind of communism here in this great country, it gave me the sensation for a moment of being in Cuba or Venezuela, the truth is I understand the policies of each establishment but I do not agree with these types of policies.

Really disappointed. Had to pick up a last minute item here at 950. Google maps shows open to 1000. Get to the front door and it's locked. At closer look the door sign says 945 pm. Thanks Presedente Publix it is from now on.
