If I could give this place two negative stars I would, 3 things I would describe this place is crusty, dusty and dirty. ALSO ROACH INFESTED AND RAT INFESTED!!! Don’t spend your money/time here please. I’m a REAL person and these are REAL issues.

We have been to this location 2 times now. The list recent time out dogs leg was really badly injured and they didn’t mention anything. It could have been our of nervousness I’m not blaming them but communication about it would have been helpful.

Our family has been relying on Preppy Pet to take care of our dog for a few years. Dropping her off here is like leaving her with Friends or Family. Ms. Kay and the entire team are great. if our husky with a sensitive tummy has any issue, they will call and let us know. Not often but a relief to know the attention they give her. They get to know you and your dog and are caring and thoughtful about the dogs needs. Our girl makes a bee line for Ms. Kay the minute she gets there ❤️! Don’t know what we’d do without having Preppy Pet and their amazing team. Thank you for all you do!

My dogs love it there!! So thankful I have a place they can go and play for the day and be safe. They're so excited to get there and don't even care that I'm leaving them.I've left them for long weekend's as well and I'm never concerned for their care.

I really enjoy preppy pet as they have done for my dog. I love them all cause their staff was friendly. the manager was also nice behaviour person.

Preppy Pet has been my go to facility for my dogs since 2020. I’m incredibly lucky to have the team at Preppy Pet to look after my dogs. I travel often for work and never have worry about my “kids” while I am gone. Special shout out to Kay and the front office staff….they have become like family. Couldn’t think of another place I’d trust with my dogs.

I hope a GM calls me to discuss my encounter at this location. This is my 5th location I been too and I really enjoy preppy pet as they have done a lot for me and my dog. At this location, the manager wasn’t very nice and didn’t believe my dogs shot records. She tried telling me his bordetella was expired when his records clearly states he has 2 shots and it has never been an issue at the preppy pet locations. She called my vet right infront of me to confirm and they had no clue what this lady was talking about and said my dog shots were up to date. I took him to the vet the next day and his doctor said she has no clue what your manager is talking about, and his shots are all up to date. She even questioned me about his age. I never had an issue until I met this manager only at this location. I felt very disrespected, she was rude and seemed like she didn’t want my services. Thanks you to the other preppy pets that were nice an accepting.

This has to be the far most worst dog boarding I've ever experienced. My dog came home with fecal around her butt and after getting home she had gone to the restroom (pooped) numerous of times as if she had never been let out. It started to get worst and she started to bleed out her rectum. The diarrhea started and continued for 3 days. I called the facility and they suggested it could be nerves, however I've boarded my dog at another facility and this never has happened before. Also my dog was very horse as if she was completely dehydrated and when she tried to bark it didn't sound clear. I would not recommend this boarding facility for anyone who cares for their furry friend.

Tried Preppy Pet for the first time and I was happy with the daycare. My dog didn’t want to leave when I picked him up. The staff were friendly and I appreciated that they let me know how the day went for my dog. I will be trying an overnight stay next month given the great first experience.

Been taking my beloved one to Preppy per three times. This last time was the longest, and can’t be more satisfied with how caring the staff is. As soon as my Jessie had an “ peeing issue” I got called with genuine concern! It all worked out in the end and I will definitely take my pooch back when and if I need it!

I have used Preppy Pet for boarding two times already and I can honestly say that I am so satisfied with their services. The staff are friendly, professional, and so sweet and welcoming whenever my pet comes to stay with them. They are also very affordable which is so nice especially with how expensive things have been getting lately. It’s such a sweet relief to know that whenever I need affordable quality daycare and boarding services I have Preppy Pet in my corner. Very proud to be a happy Preppy Pet Customer.
