I gave my Fine Tag Heuer for repair to this guys at Florida Mall I was kind of skeptical but trusting. My watch after repair was not working good! I said well things happens!!I call them they said "Sr no problem we will fix it no extra cost is under warranty " they take care of everything very professionaly.My experience couldn't be betterGREAT JOB I am a very happy customer.

I recently had my Gucci watch repaired and a battery fitted I spoke to Neil he was knowledgeable and professional, amazing service and extremely competitively priced. I will return to have a battery fitted in my Cartier Tank. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I own a 14k Gold Reversible Omega Necklace and the clasp had been damaged for almost four years. I have tried for a long time to get the clasp repaired or changed and no one was able to do so. I have tried in three different countries, several stores and was told the same story, that they are unable to repair or change the clasp on thisnecklace. Of course I was very disappointed and sad, as this is one of my favorite piece of jewelry.I always carry the necklace with me whenever my husband and I go shopping, we decided to stop by Precious Fine Jewelers while shopping at Florida Mall to check if we have any better luck with them.The smile and welcome we received when we walked up to the counter was unbelievable. A big and friendly smile and greeted in such a courteous manner, that even if they were not able to repair the necklace we would leave feeling happy, that we stopped. It is so refreshing when we come in contact with people in the customer service, who serve you with a smile and are helpful, patient and friendly, yet maintaining professionalism .The Manager, Karina to whom we spoke and explained the situation and our concern with the necklace, looked at it and without hesitation advised me, not to worry as they can fix the problem. You can just imagine how happy I was to hear those wonderful and positive words after so long of receiving negative responses. She advised that they would attempt to repair the damaged clasp or put a new clasp on, which would take approximately two week. I quickly agreed and left the necklace.In less than two weeks, I received a telephone call from Karina to say that the necklace was ready. I was so happy to hear those words and after work my husband and I immediately went there. To my amazement (big smile) my necklace had on a new clasp, polished, shine and ready to be worn (happy, happy). The cost was quite reasonable plus there was a ten percent discount and to top it off, she bought the damaged clasp from me and paid cash for it. I was so very happy, satisfied and pleased.My husband and I will always use Precious Fine Jewelers for any work that we need to be done on our Jewelries. We believe in them and the work that they do.I have brought my two Raymond Weil Watches, my Concord Diamond Watch to be serviced, polished and change the batteries and again I am so pleased, satisfied. My husband also had his watch repaired there. (They also sell various types of Jewelry).We will not at all, hesitate to recommend Precious Fine Jewelers to anyone and everyone who require their services. They are very professional, honest, trustworthy and reliable. Always greet you with a smile and are very sincere. I have 6 watches, and always come here to get maintenance and battery changes. I drive past my neighborhood jewelry stores, and come back. They always do a good, professional job at a reasonable price. They always register my battery for the warranty, and work fast and are very nice people.

I do not recommend this business at all. My husband went to get a battery changed, and the girl who fixed it assured him that it was on tight and resealed. That same day he went swimming and water leaked in and ruined the watch! We then went back to get a refund, but the man that was there began screaming at my husband in front of our two year old daughter refusing to fix or replace the watch that another employee failed to correctly seal. He would not give a refund either for their faulty service. They are rude and it's not worth the headache. We ended up getting our money back through a dispute with our bank, but save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I brought my watch for a simple battery repair and there was an accident while fixing it. The glass face broke. He immediately said he would fix it, free of charge, but had to see if he had the proper face. He didn't have it in stock and I was there for a conference. They went out of their way to get it fixed and then ship it to me because I had already left Florida. I paid nothing, they absorbed the cost for fixing and shipping. Accidents happen, but they did the right thing and proved they run their business with integrity and honesty. I would recommend anyone to buy a watch or get a repair through them.

I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for a watch repair or a new battery. I went to get my husband's watch battery replaced early in the day and a young woman completed the service. I asked her if it was closed tightly because my husband uses it for swimming, and she assured me that is was closed tightly and resealed. That afternoon my husband was using it while he was swimming and water leaked in. I promptly returned and there was man working. I explained to him what happened and he began yelling at me in front of my two year old daughter. He refused to fix the watch, replace it, and refund the money I spent for the new battery. He also threatened my husband so we left to report it to mall security and guest services. Save yourself the trouble and get your watch repairs done at another business.

STOP!!! DONT BUY THERE!!! Stay away... they are liers! and dont take responsibility for what they say. When I called them out, they thread to call security.. Keep in mind I am 8- 1/2 month pregnant, and was really a challenge just to come here have then return something they said they COULD take back... I was in tears of the frustration and they called me a lier, and said I was making customer go away... I wish I could give them 0 starts and prevent people to go there

Kiosk located inside Florida mall between the Disney Store and Victoria's Secret. ok. So, I have a bracelet that is very special to me and not a fine jewelry piece by any means. I have tried to repair it without much success, and thought I would have these guys take a look at it. Couple of minutes later my bracelet was perfect. Will definitely remember this place if I ever need a quick jewelry repair and I happen to be on a Sephora run :)
