Horrible, horrible customer service for drivers.It's currently 4:42pm--my appointment was at 3pm. Not a single person has come to inform us(I'm not the only driver waiting) of what the holdup is, and it's 90+ degrees outside. When I went in and asked an hour ago I was respectfully told to "just wait"....very professional!
