Quite possibly the worst experience. Took an hour to close an account because my account balance check couldn't be printed? I sat there waiting for them to figure it out, with no explanation other than they were having issues. This huge delay caused me to be late for work. Couldn't be happier that I stopped using this bank.

There is no costumer service here. Also is a digital branch, very poor costumer service. The employees were dismissive
