Got my card replaced here after losing it - the employee who assisted me, Ellen, was wonderfully helpful! She was quick, informative, and kind, letting me know about all my perks and options. 5 stars!

Went yesterday to my primary location and yes the customer service at the drve-thru was not the best. Plus why must they announce how much money you are withdrawing so everybody in the car with you knows your business? Smh

ALWAYS such a weight to talk to someone.The tellers are usually good at keep the line down.. but to get into an office is such a hassle. Always seems like they are understaff..The phone to call the branch doesn't work either.
