This location is not a good representation of PNC. I was scheduled for a financial session they never called. When I went into the location and told the teller she shrugged her shoulders and said “Oh” being a tenured customer made me start looking to bank somewhere else.

I don’t know why it says ‘Drive-‘through’ on google map, but it doesn’t have one. did pnc tell google it has one? fix it please, n how would I know I had to make an appointment in advance? customer service was ok, fix

As a business customer, 100% of the time I walk into there to get something quick done, I get pitched for their merchant account (CC processing) services. And it's a well rehearsed pitch that is supposed to come across as casual conversation, but it's far worse than Radio Shack pushing cell-phones. PS: remember where they ended up. And it's several PNC locations that I've been to. What's worse is that I have entertained the discussion twice in the past 6 years, and on both cases found out that it's a scam. I signed up with PNC hastily some years ago when and chose them significantly due to location. Time to start looking again.
