Gabi was so wonderful with grooming my bernedoodle, Cash. She has such an amazing passion and love for dogs. She did an excellent job and went above and beyond to get to know my pup and make him feel comfortable.

Embarking on a 1.5-hour journey for our first visit was a decision that undoubtedly paid off, and without a doubt, it won't be the last. Kiwana’s unparalleled attention and care transformed my goldendoodle baby into a vision of perfection. Witnessing my furry companion looking so splendid upon picking him up from his appointment nearly brought me to tears. Your dedication and expertise in grooming are truly commendable, and I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional work you all do. Thank you for making this first visit a memorable and heartwarming experience.

Being new to the area, I called in to inquire what it would cost for a full groom for my puppy Bernadoodle. I said he is small, weighing 20 pounds. I was told $65. Totally reasonable. When I picked him up, I was charged $88. (!) That doesn't include tip.....I of course let them know what I was told and felt it was not right to have to pay that. They didn't budge. Just make sure you know what your cost will be prior to leaving you pet! Thats just plain bad business to me and we won't return. :(

Very disorganized and unprofessional business. I had an appointment one week in advance. I arrived and they did not have space or a table for my dogs for a nail trim so attempted to do this in my lap! Never again!

This is a wonderful dog salon and daycare, the proprietor, has been a wonderful job of building. A great team of groomers and staff, for their patrons are four-legged companions! They care so much it’s amazing and they love what they do so it’s always fun to come visit , my new canine partner Bella, is extremely happy, and let me know every day!

We've tried a few places, this is the best by far. I love that the grooming takes place in the open, and reasonable prices, Gabi is an awesome groomer, our mini Golden Doodle comes out super cute every time!

I took my young Shih Tzu in for a trim with Brandi today and had an awful experience. When we came in, Brandi was preoccupied with another dog and did not come to speak with us. When a young woman checking us in tried to take my dog, I told her I had pictures and a specific desired haircut. She got Brandi’s attention and I tried to explain the haircut we wanted while she is actively buzzing another dog. She could barely even hear us, and yelled “okay so short!” And we said no, we wanted his face to be rounder and only to trim as much as his first haircut (the groomer that first cut him has since left Plush Paws, she was wonderful). She said “okay as short as last time but a round face” (even though she did not cut him last time) and immediately worked to get us to leave.When I came to pick up my dog he looked horrible. Brandi buzzed his entire body, so short that he now has razor cuts on his thighs. His face is entirely shaved and it will take weeks of regrowing for anything to be fixable. I have attached pictures of him the day of his first trim (super fluffy!) to compare with now (the haircuts were only a month apart!) and pictures of his injuries.I will never be letting Brandi touch my dog again, or bringing him to Plush Paws. After I expressed my frustration with his trim, I was given excuses that they are “underemployed and overworked”, and that she simply did not have the time to speak to me like a normal client (she also blamed the girl who first trimmed my dog since she “quit right before the holidays”). I’ve brought my dogs here for years and we love it here. We do clipping, baths, daycare… always love coming here. The people are wonderful and the business itself is beautiful Pinterest worthy warm fuzzy . Always accommodating, helpful, kind, informative and professional. My dogs love it here too… I’ve even brought my cat for a good de-stink bath.

We have taken our small dog here many times and they have always been great. Unfortunately this past time was enough to never come back. The groomer we had was the worst. There were specific notes in our profile to do our dogs feet last because it stresses him out and makes him upset. She ignored all of that and started with his feet. When we went to pick him up the groomers energy was spastic and she complained about the dog and charged us a handling fee without calling during the groom to let us know what was happening. We would of asked why she was charging us that and stopped the grooming immediately if we knew she had stressed him out that much and continued the groom. He NEVER POOPED AT THE GROOMER BEFORE SO I KNOW HE WAS SCARED OF HER. BRANDI ruined our experience at this location. His haircut is awful on his face. We have been there for years and never had such an awful experience. Brandi needs to take accountability for her actions. You traumatized our dog. Please avoid this specific groomer at all cost! Customer service was terrible.
