Absolutely everything! From the 1st day I called to my 1st day at the gym Alexys ( Asst Mgr , hope I am spelling her name correctly) , has impressed me way beyond my expectations. I have been at gyms before on and off for the last 20 years and have never seen anyone so dedicated like her . Watching her cleaning the machines and the bathrooms with the same energy, effort and efficiency as she greets us in the front desk is superb ! It makes me feel at home and I am confident that this is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Thank you so very much for all you do to make us feel welcome and at home ? Corali & Victor

The gym is neglected every day, there's equipment that's damaged and there's a lot of damage. on the floor full of paper, the worst. in. everything and have an aqua bath. cold. Because the records are messed up, it's absurd for a company like this to leave things to chance. like the glasses. and the mirrors. dirty. Even the massage chairs were damaged today, okay, the price is better. It's cheap but okay. careless. too much. I get sad because every day. after training I like. to take. bath. but. in cold water. It's not as good as hot water. Someone has the respect to fix these. things?????

There has been no hot water here for at least 3 to 4 weeks. It is June 2024. I work all over Orlando so I go to this one, Ocoee and Lee Rd depending on where I’m working. I called before I went to that side of town to see if the water worked and they said yes when in fact it doesn’t. That makes me wonder how sanitary it is. You can not be too sanitary without hot water. They also were without internet and the massage chairs rooms are out of order.

Oh my, just no. Pick a different location.
Sweat puddles in front of machines, the only pec fly machine is broken, guy slamming weights that staff ignored, one of the desk guys stared at me while on treadmill no joke check the damn camera, and there is not enough grips/handles for all the cable machines for all of us to use.
Mens restroom: Severe mold in 2 stalls, 2 broken and extrememly loose shower handles/NO HOT WATER/Shower puddles sat there for over 2hrs/all shower floors and walls had soap scum and bacteria/2 coat hangers barely attached to the wall/All shower chairs appeared to have urine or feces on them.
What is going on? Why are we paying for this? Where is the District Manager? I want my money back this month.
