Equipment is functional. Not overly crowded. Bathroom is usually clean. Staff is the reason for 3 star rating. 90% have been consistently unfriendly and distant which is not usual for PF staff members.

Great atmosphere, clean equipment and an incredible trainer by the name of Kyara. You must train with her. She's absolutely incredible.

Lots of shirtless and half naked guys in the men’s room, and a female worker came in here and started cleaning. I asked her manager(M) if she’s allowed to be in there, and he very rudely responded that there’s a “giant” sign right in front of my face… the sign was MAYBE double the size of a normal piece of paper and it was most definitely not right in front of my face. Very rude workers who are all very unhelpful

They have a summer pass for kids ages 15-17 that is free this summer. My son loves going and it encourages fitness instead of sitting around all summer. Side note, they have water massage chairs and other vip services in the back!

Honestly not sure how there’s so many good reviews…I have had a black card for 6+ years, been to many pf’s and never worked out in a gym so hot in my life lol. I moved down the street about 2 months ago and the entire time I’ve been here the ac has not been working properly. Super uncomfortable to work out in. Besides that, the staff is great. Just gets extremely crowded which makes the heat even more unbearable. Would not recommend
*UPDATE: They put in some bigger industrial fans to try and combat the heat which helped a lot! They are trying to fix the situation which I wanna commend the owner(s) for. It still gets pretty hot when it’s crowded (as would anywhere) so going at the slower times of day is always a good idea!

This Gym is terrible Air conditioning is always broken its hot, humid and stinks. The band aid of portable fans is a joke not to mention equipment is in sad condition.

Not going to lie I have no idea how this gym has a 4.4 star review. I just moved into the area and im disapointed by this gym.
This gym has a odd smell and I cant focus while lifting here. The fact that its so hot in there also makes it really uncomfortable.
Then, the staff is horrible. The gym would be out of paper towels in every corner and no way I can clean my machine. Also, while the gym is out of paper towels in every corner, the staff is at the front desk, on there phone, not one or two but three or four of them not helping and socializing while not replenishing paper towels.

Refusal to let me cancel my membership in January. Every single time I show up no matter what time, 11 pm, 12 pm, 1 am, 2 am, 3am, 6am the womans bathroom, which has a sign saying someone's cleaning it. I have to wait thirty minutes to an hour for someone to be done cleaning it. I can't ever tell it's been cleaned. There's never anyone here. I may see one or two people show up. Their just putting the sign up so nobody comes, and they don't have to do anything all night. Tonight finally confirmed it. Dude puts the sign up, rolls the cart in the bathroom, stands next to it, plays on the phone, and then walks out, making the sign down. Just a minute later, he puts the sign back up. I'm getting extremely agitated about it ESPECIALLY SINCE I DONT WANT THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE FIRST PLACE! BEEN PAYING SINCE JANUARY NOW IT'S JULY AND I ONLY COME CAUSE IF IMA BE FORCED TO PAY FOR IT I SHOULD AT LEAST GO. BUT DAMN I TRIED CANCELING SINCE I GOT A Y MEMBERSHIP FOR MY KIDS. YET THIS PLACE IS WASTING MY TIME TO EVEN TRY COMING!

The air conditioning has not been working properly at this facility for 2 weeks now. It is too warm in there to work out comfortably. Management is aware and they don't seem to care.to do anything about it. I would not recommend this gym.

I really enjoy my workouts. The location is convenient. The gym is clean. Music is a little too loud. Overall, it is a good gym.

And please get people off their phones while on the machines
Employees are great I don't understand the bad reviews on them
