I am writing this note...precisely from this place, sitting at the table where the two employees who serve people don't even know where they are...if you have people working in the gym, they should be prepared to respond to questions. questions... apart from that they discriminate against people... and that looks bad....

I would give it a 0 however, google makes you give them at least one star. Let's start with the lack of professionalism and friendliness is unfathomable. Their front desk lady is beyond disrespectful and when you approach her to speak she calls you out of your name not to mention she's canceling your gym membership. I feel it was a targeted attack since every time I have gone there she seems to have a problem with me. I have gone on multiple occasions to try and speak to the higher ups and they always have an attitude and say the manager is not in. I have asked for an email that I can reach out too and they say there is none. I ask for a corporate email or number and they have refused. This gym culture needs remodeling it is not as the slogan says " Judgment free zone".

This gym locker room is disgusting. The staff i did see cleaning everything but the bathroom BUT it’s the people that come to this gym that ruins it.this one guy comes into the shower and scratches off a cut he has on his leg and walks away leaving the shower with blood and what’s looks like a chunk of skin on the floor.i think they let in homeless and stuff in here. I mean this gym is in a terrible area and it shows.

Locations are almost everywhere, close to home and work. Customer service has been great, no issues!

Horrible experience. Bad service, if the employees are even at the desk that is. Old machines. Employees don't even know how to properly use the companies computer system. I felt a little racism going on too. :-(

I understand they have to close, but they should wait until the actual time of closing, instead of sounding the siren 7-8 minutes before the actual closing time.
