I'm still waiting on a package. Customer service can't yall you anything! I'm trying to get money back on Tic Toc. But no response from them either so I'll stop payment with my credit card! This company is a joke!! I to wanted to put zero stats but had to give them one. I mean why have a customer service line if they're unable or unwilling to help customers...... still waiting on ( last 6 numbers )062088

There is a very high lack of integrity and professionalism. My order has been siting in this facility for over a week with no updates or movement. Because of their irresponsibility, the company who I purchased my order from will give me a free replacement which is a loss for them. Completely unacceptable and baffling that this company is still up and running.

Horrible customer service.... actually zero customer service because I was told they couldn't tell anything about my package that I ordered 12/1 that was supposed to be delivered 12/8 then changed to 12/12. I still haven't received my package yet as of 12/29/23.Their customer service number is useless. Don't waste your time.

Too bad, I lost a package that the last update says was received by this company. It was left on the way to USPS and was never received by them. Very badly

Whenever they send my package with this company my packages never arrive I have a loss of around 200 dollars because the package never arrives

I wish I could rate this company a zero. Has had my package in Orlando for weeks. No customer service. No usable contact info. Awful business practice.

My intent was to leave no stars but google doesn't allow that rating. This company has no integrity. Have been trying to give them back their postage machine for 2 years. They wont take it back even though there is no contract but they are still trying to get us to pay a past due balance that we shouldn't owe because they wont take the machine back. We do not use the machine. We deal with the post office directly because they are fraudulent. When pressed on how to return the items they sent an email with links to their frequently asked questions page. No real solutions constant run around. Don't engage with them!!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: 12/6/2022 amazingly after this review I was sent a box with a return label to send back the machine we have been fighting to return for 2 years. It honestly shouldn't have taken a negative review for them to allow us to return their equipment. The entire interaction with the company as a whole has felt fraudulent. Thank you to everyone who has been leaving reviews these are helpful. I would say to also check the Better Business Bureaus ratings for this company as well.

THEE worst customer service EVER! After a contract has been cancelled they can’t even give you an address to them their equipment back. 40 minutes+ taking to reps who tell me to drive it to a usps and just drop it off with no address. It’s almost laughable at how slow they are. WARNING!
