Haven't had a package lost yet, been using them for over 2 years now. Customer service kinda sucky, but all in all, they get the job done .

I could walk to the manufacturer and get my items myself faster the Pitney Bowes can deliver the item.

Too bad, I lost a package that the last update says was received by this company. It was left on the way to USPS and was never received by them. Very badly
