I went to have my daughter’s ears pierced and it went great, smooth process and excellent costumer service. Shaylan was the lady that pierced her ears and she didn’t even feel it.

My first experience was amazing! The prices were reasonable and I loved my piercer. Henry was patient, kind, and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend people to come here for a piercing.

Shay was so patient, spent time making our baby comfortable and acclimated and asked our approval on positioning. She patiently waited for our baby to be still and got the ratings in the perfect spot. She was so awesome!

Laura’s customer service was amazing…. I brought my grand baby in to get her ears pierced, Laura was very accurate and knowledgeable of the perfect size earrings for her little ears and she was very gentle like a mother. I thank you so much Laura for putting up with me and my grand baby.

In 2019 I purchased a 14k Gold and CZ Nefertiti pendant for my mother. I purchased a warranty with it. My mom loved it l. Fast forward to 2022 my mom looses one of the small stones in the pendant and needed it to be replaced so I go to the now banter store and ask if they could help me the lady on the store told me to bring in the item and she would exchange it for a new one and all that I had to do was purchase a new warranty that is only $47. So I go get the item from my mom and return 2 hours later. The girl who originally told me this and another woman who was not there before was helping her arrange my Exchange once but then told me that when I bought the pendant in 2019 that the item was $300 and that the new item retails at $500 now. She told me that I need to pay the difference of $225 to get the exchange so I asked if they can just replace the piece that was missing that would only be max $40 with labor. She said that the store only does exchanges. Then I broke down the fact that I have been a customer with them for years have opened a line of credit that has remained in good standing and bought hundreds of dollars in their products and services from them. And asked her again if there is any way she could further assist a long time customer she said no and basically that I could give her my old one worth the same as her new one and then pay $225 on top simply for a missing cubic zirconia stone. I refused to do such a thing it’s absolutely absurd to even ask me to basically pay more than half of what I paid when I originally purchased the item for a piece of gold that is worth the same. THIS MESSAGE IS BASICALLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS OF BANTER IF YOU BUY THE WARRANTY ITS ONLY GOOD FOR ONE YEAR, IN ADDITION IF YOU LOSE A PIECE OF SAID ITEM THEY WILL NOT AND DO NOT REPAIR THE ITEM THEY ONLY EXCHANGE FOR NEW AND YOU WILL BE MADE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE NEW ITEM ALTHOUGH ITS ALL GOLD AND THE WEIGHT OF THE SAME PIECE REMAINS THE SAME THEY WILL TAKE YOUR OLD PIECE PURCHASED FROM THEM AND BASICALLY PENALIZE YOU FOR COMING EARLIER AND PAYING A LESSER PRICE. SO BUYER BEWARE. And just so there is absolute transparency the banter store that I went into today and who provided falsehoods and terrible customer service was at the Florida mall at 8001 S. Orange blossom Trail suite1254 in orlando Florida the person who ruined mine and my Mother’s Day was named Odalis or so she said.

They don’t answer the phones. The manager of four locations in the Florida mall is on vacation and can’t respond!! What!??? No one is in charge and there is no number to call to get a refunded!! I live two hours away so going there is impossible. Both earrings fell off my daughters ears. I spent $100 on the piercing and they can’t offer any solution!!! Ridiculous! These people gave me the run around and two different numbers to call that they KNEW were disconnected. Please don’t waste your money here!!! Real shady business
