I've been using the veterinary services with Thrive For which I pay a membership for a year and a half but this time I am really disappointed my dog came back home with vaginal bleeding when I call Thrive they said to go to a clinic or urgent care because they did not have space to see us yesterday or today and we were placed on awaiting list. I don't even know if they did a physical exam on her cause they took her to another room and did not even go over their findings other than pushing to sale the teeth cleaning she has a few lumps and the dr. Did not go over that I will not come back to this place or continue paying the membership

We have been bringing our dog here for grooming a number of times and she is a medium sized dog with a calm temperament but every time we ask for her nails to be trimmed we get some excuse as to why it wasn't done. The last time I got so pissed that I literally bought clippers laid my dog down in the store and did them myself. Don't bring your dog there, they are subpar at best. @Petco, I want my money back for all the times your services did not deliver what I paid you for. I'm sorry my wife is to sweet to ask, I am not.

The store is clean but unfortunately the cashier Naomi had a terrible attitude not welcoming when it come to servicing the customers. Asked a simple question and it felt like I was a bother to her. Very unprofessional. Other than that the store was clean and the other workers were respectful.

Horrible customer service when calling to grooming, even worse service from the manager that couldn't take a call to help grooming when they were busy. Instead of being apologetic he claimed "he didn't know," however everyone in the store can hear over the intercom there's a call holding for grooming (I know this because I heard it while I was inside) Bummer their prices are good in grooming, but clearly management doesn't think team work is important.

Stopped into this Petco in the Lee Vista Promenade this weekend on the hunt for a small, free standing doggie gate to keep the pooch from going upstairs. This particular location feels a bit small, but it was clean and well stocked while offering vet services, training classes and some adoption events. They didn't have any adoptable cats this time, but I know I've seen them there before. As for my gate search, I came up empty handed unfortunately. One thing I liked was the amount of pet apparel. The store near my home hardly ever has much in stock, and while I don't normally dress my dog up, I still enjoy checking them out. The location is great with plenty of parking. Staff were all friendly and wearing masks.

Did an online order for pick up, checked the official website & google which stated that they close at 7pm. Got there at 6pm and they decided to close an hour early. So, I wasnt able to get what I needed. Very frustrating. The website says to call when youre outside so a team member can bring you your order - that is the point of this! Next day, called 3x and they kept hanging up on me. So I had to go inside and pick it up. Inconsistent service.

I dont typically do reviews for big companies because theyre all supposed to be the same, but let me just say - Kori is the BEST!!! While running back and forth from the grooming section & the check out registers - in the midst of the COVID chaos - she was so helpful & kind. I come to this store every two weeks, like it is clock work. I'm a new cat mom & often, I'll bring my cat (this specific time I did not, unfortunately) a lot of employees know my cat. &None of them have ever tried to get me to sign up for the membership. They never take any time out of their day to tell me about all the benefits of becoming a member, but Kori did. She explained that even though they don't have my cats specific food (due to new health issues) I could order it online and have it shipped to my home plus keeping track of my purchases, cause I notoriously lose my receipts. She made everything so much easier and happier in such a stressful time. Thank you, Kori!

They are not upfront with their prices! Did the appointment online with what I wanted for long hair grooming and then they add an additional $7 for the worse cut my shih tzu has ever had. they said they styled it? It's a chopped up shave job. We gave them a picture and it was nothing like it. I wanted to give them a try because I thought their price was better. Turns out it was more money and terrible service. NEVER AGAIN!

Went to get some saltwater fish. Watched the employee just reach in and grab an anemone with no water no net, and stick it into a dry bag. I asked what he is doing.

This review is just for the groomers. We came here a few times for our dogs to get their nails trimmed, but now drive a little further to the E Colonial location where we have Crystal see our difficult pups. (She's the best!) At this location, I always saw the girls rolling their eyes as they took care of my dogs and it would take triple the amount of time as the other location because they didn't know how to keep them calm as they shook and tried to get away. They gave us the "advice" of touching my one dog's paws more to make him less sensitive... I literally do this every day and he has no problem, so this is not the issue. Other than that, the cashiers are always pleasant and helpful. I just wish all people who worked with animals would take the time to learn how to calm down scared pets instead of complaining about it.

Best pet store ever! Super friendly staff, super helpful! Love the training service with Kori, she is the BEST!!! We also go there every Saturday and Sunday at 1pm for the FREE puppy play date and our dog loves it! Also Lorena and Melissa are great too, always greet everyone and help with everything. Clean store and lots of items to chose! The vet clinic need a bit of smiles here and there but other than that, we love it!
