I accidentally had my dog food on too frequent of an auto shipment so I went on to my account and requested a refund. I printed the paper and brought it with the extra bag of dog food. The return was easy and I even was complimented for being awesome just because I printed the paper and brought it with me! It's the little things. I am sad they do not carry my cat's wet food. They like the Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers food and they don't carry it.

I went there with two of my goldendoodles and the salon manager from grooming was extremely rude, and unprofessional she said my dogs were so matted they could break her blades, and said they were dirty which they were matted but not as bad as she made it seem to the point where I left there got some and is pet blades and groomed them myself and I’m not a professional so again they were not that bad at all… now the actual groomers I was assigned too Cheyenne and Katie were extremely excited they even checked them Bedford the salon manager interrupted and said oh there good we have seen worst it’s define Doable they were so excited to start.. when Cheyenne was going to take one of them to the back and start the salon manager said no yes no with a disgusted face.. when she came to inspect my dogs before even touching my babies she was already saying no and when I first went there I was explaining to Cheyenne and Katie faith is a little nervous she gets like that when she doesn’t know the person and then I explained breezy a little hyper he’s my playful dog so faith was hiding behind me and she was like I need her still on this side it was just a horrible experience I would like to go back just for the groomers with no interruption of the salon manager there was no need for all of that she shouldn’t be working with animals if she doesn’t have the love or patience because while waiting she was also not being as gentle with another dog she was clipping the nails too and told the owner being the dog back when he’s use to it …

RIP OFF! Went to Petco, bought some dog toys and they tried to charge me 10 cents for a bag!

DO NOT take your cat to the vet here. The blonde vet is afraid of cats and will send you away without doing her job claiming the cat is too agitated. She sprayed my very sweet kitten (who does not growl or scratch) with sanitizer to take a blood sample and because my cat slightly fidgeted, she immediately sent us on our way. We went to a different petco after this and they did an amazing job.

Vetco here is a joke. Blonde haired "vet" in black was unprofessional and unwilling to do her job. We paid for a cat test & she was too untrained to do it and only made aware after we waited 30 minutes & had the cat on their table. Will not return to this location again.

I love my dog’s groomer, Cassie!! She absolutely the best with my two pups. She’s calm, patient and truly makes me feel that my dogs are her very own. I highly recommend her to anyone and you won’t be disappointed! ?

I took my dog to get service and while I was waiting she was doing a Yorkie's haircut and it was sad how she had no patience for that poor puppy. It broke my heart!

Leaving this review for Mistreatment of my friend who is physically disabled since birth, brought her service animal into a scheduled appointment and was denied the service by the two individuals that were clearly overwhelmed and too lazy to manage an 8 pound Chihuahua for a schedule service date. I’m completely appalled that franchise businesses such as Petco do not have any policies in place to protect individuals that have special needs for their service animals to have assistance. It makes me so pissed off that although the service was just a trim, she was denied and publicly embarrassed in the lobby. The representative put her hands on the Chihuahua and pushed her back, knowing that, she was not to the dog. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be taking my business here after they treated my friend in such way.
