I am really really upset about my experience. My daughter recommended this as a good place because "he" fixed her laptop. He didn't give his name. I came in with two laptops; a 2022 HP laptop and a 2013 Toshiba laptop. The Toshiba issues; hinges were broke (the laptop was in two pieces) and the power button was gone. The 17" screen and keyboard on my Toshiba were in excellent condition. The ONLY thing I asked him to do was fix the hinges and replace the power button. The hard drive and brain were fine. I just couldn't access it. ( I even provided the hinge part.) The HP got burned out because AutoCAD was too powerful a program to use on it. I kept getting error messages, It didn't have an operating system. PC repair NEVER called to tell me any status about my laptops. I went to PC repair after 10 days went by, and dropping off two laptops. The Toshiba casing was smaller, I had a 17" this was a 15. ? He took the brain out of my laptop. I went from 16 GB, this was a satellite Toshiba; I paid $1300 in 2013! He gave me 4GB and said something was wrong with my drive. Lies!!! The HP was worse he said it wouldn't even come on, HP was laying in two parts. I had to argue to get my power cord back to my Toshiba. He tried to say, I didn't bring it in. He is unorganized, arrogant and probably used my laptops for parts, and charged me $372 for NOTHING. Oh yeah, he gotpaid upfront. I came in with two laptops and two power cords and left with one that is equal to a cell phone.??????

This guy in the photo not only fixed my issue on my gaming pc but got me great price too.Hard worker, reliable, friendly and he’s always have a smile oh his face I wish can give him a 10/10 on google but 5 star is still good keep up the good work

So I have never had to write review before for any kind of business but unfortunately this will my first and it is not a good one. When I first went to Ronaldo's shop things looked like a mess I don't know how he was able to keep track of which parts belong to whichever number of pcs he was working on at the time. That should've been red flag number one. after talking to him and dropping off my pc I explicitly told him to not install anything and to see if he could diagnose the issue. He then proceeded to call me a couple days later to tell me that he had fixed the issue and had installed windows. While I did tell him not to do that he did end up fixing the issue with the pc so I paid the $160($60 for labor $100 for windows) and thought nothing of it and was glad it was working. After bringing home the pc I came to find out that the pc itself was not functioning. I brought it back and told him it still was not working. He took it back for a couple more days during which every time I called him he seemed to forget which pc he was working on each time. After a couple more days he said that he believes the issue was the CPU and that we would have to purchase a new one. so we did do that and after putting in the new CPU we still didn't manage to make it work. So I eventually gave up with Ronaldo and went to try my luck somewhere else. And within a couple of hours at this new shop this guy was able to figure out the issue fix it and make it work with all the original parts. Ronaldo had told me it was various other parts that were causing the issue which was false. it was only a ram and bios issue that was cause. after finally getting it to work we also came to find out that Ronaldo had put in a windows version that still required a key to input which he refused to tell us over the phone. I never asked for my money back but after this situation I definitely feel swindled by Ronaldo at PC & TV Repair on colonial. I would Highly recommend taking any and all electronics you wish to fix to another shop as these guys will only cause you more headache, time, and money all for nothing.

Don't take your television there. I got mine almost a month and a half ago and they still haven't called me to tell me anything. I have called and the person who answers me always tells me that the person who fixes the televisions shows up early and that he only comes on certain days. I'm still waiting for them to call me and pay them for the diagnosis. I'm sorry I made them leave the television.

Absolutely fantastic computer repair service! Ronaldo was simply amazing and repaired my computer quickly and professionally, handing it back to me the same day. He cleaned my pc back to factory condition at no charge. The estimate was free and the price was great. I called a few other places ahead of time that had service times in weeks and outrageous estimates - don’t fall for that. Go here instead!!
