I made a rental reservations and was unable to pick up my car. There was no customer assistance after a certain time. Also, no assistance via phone.Please be careful. The customer service representative at Avis desk was a big help.

Update: company reversed charges for roadside assistance and reduced our charges but still had to spend too much timeCar broke down everyday. Needed boost. Told I would have to pay for the roadside assistance and needed to return the car ourselves to the airportVery stressful and ruined our vacation!
