Rude tow truck driver headed south in I-95 (south of Jax) with super bright headlights and blinding beam bar in front. Had to slow to get him to go around me. Flashed my brights to let him know about it. He/she then turned the rear-facing bright white bed lights in my eyes going down the interstate! NOT COOL. And illegal. If this is an employee, he needs an office talk on professional driving. If it is an owner operator... well... I don’t even know what to say.
