Poor service. Failed to complete the order timely. Had 5 weeks and still not done. Needs serious attention. The agent in Alafaya stated it would take 3 to 4 weeks and it is past the time. A lot of money and no furniture.

The store people are great .As for their delivery people are very poor no time frame as to when or if they will show up...If I didn't call the store and ask them to find out when I might get delivery.. I was then told it would be the next day but still no time frame. The product was ordered on May 4tb it is now the 15 th..

I have purchased from Palm Casual for over 30 years. I recently purchased additional dining and chaise cushions from Jared at the OBT store. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service was beyond EXCELLENT. He was very patient and I highly recommend for all your pool and deck furniture. Oh, by the way, they have a clearance sale going on.

The products and service at Palm Casual are outstanding. My wife and I spoke with a few different sales people during our visits and everyone was knowledgeable and accommodating. The furniture we ordered was ready for delivery when they promised and the quality was even better than I recalled seeing in the showroom. A shout out to Damon (I hope I remembered his name correctly) for providing me with excellent service during the delivery as well. I will definitely recommend that my family and friends shop at Palm Casual.
