Please DO NOT trust this business with your shipping. I went in with 2 items and they were mislabeled by the owner and sent to the wrong places. She gave me a receipt and assured me that I was all set. Unfortunately, the 1 high cost package is now lost and when I called Pack & Ship about the issue, they claimed they’re not responsible and would not help me with the cost of the missing item which is hundreds of dollars. I was met with very rude customer service on the call and wasn’t offered any type of compensation for their error. I’m very disappointed in this outcome and WILL NEVER trust this business with any of my mailing and shipping needs.
I urge you to go directly to USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. to ensure this terrible and very expensive inconvenience doesn’t ever happen to you.

I'm very torn writing this review for a few reasons. I do prefer to support small businesses when I can, my wife and I have both received good service from this business over the years, and because its a very convenient location. However, we had a recent experience that was quite disappointing and will, unfortunately, keep us from being a customer again.
Also - one thing to note. I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to share this so other customers are aware of the policy's and principles before electing to ship Pack N Ship.
Long story short, my wife brought two separate packages into the store to have shipped back to the companies we purchased the items from. The teammate working that day accidently placed the wrong label on the wrong box. So the packages both went to the wrong place. Fortunately we were able to recover one of them because the company sent us back the incorrect package. We have not been able to recover the other package yet, however. That package is valued at $200 dollars. When we reached out to let them know what happened, understanding that accidents happen, we were surprised by the sheer lack of accountability. The person we spoke to said that they, Pack N Ship, can not be held responsible for the packages they label and ship on behalf of their customers. They stated that they would check with the owner, but she was quite convinced that the owner was going to be unwilling to take any responsibility for the mistake. She did call back to let us know that she spoke to the owner and that she reiterated and confirmed that they cant be held accountable. Could we have checked to make sure the labels were on the right boxes? Sure. We've never felt the need to because they are the professionals and have historically gotten it right. That's why we go to a place like Pack n Ship, because we don't want the hassle of printing the labels or getting the box/package together and we expect that they will do it right because that's the ethos of their entire business: Packing & Shipping. But even the best make mistakes. What separates good business from others that are not so good, is what they do to make things right when they make mistakes. And what was unsettling, is that there was literally zero attempt made by the owner/business to try and make this right. The teammate we spoke to was not apologetic at all and almost made it seem like we should have known better to check and make sure. There were no solutions offered to try and reconcile. Not that we inquired, but you would think the LEAST they could offer is some sort of future discount on shipping. SOMTHING! Could have been something of insignificant cost to the business in an attempt to pretend like you care enough. But nothing. Do you really expect to keep customers after experiences like this? Your unwillingness to even acknowledge your mistake and then no urgency to try and make it right, in any way, is what will keep us from visiting this business again.
For those reading, I STRONGLY encourage customers considering to use Pack N Ship for sending anything valuable to use businesses that are better principled, have better policies, and will take accountability when they make a mistake. I wouldn't discourage anyone from using Pack N Ship for sending general mail or packages with insignificant monetary value. Otherwise do proceed with caution because if they make a mistake with your valuables - that's going to be on you and met with little compassion or desire to reconcile.

They are always closing before they're close time I literally pulled up 10 min before closing I guess they had to leave unfortunately I saw them locking up, the staff is not super friendly they get the job done is the only positive thing I have to say if you need a place open after USPS is open. They charge too much just to print your label if you need one if you ask me should be 10¢ but it's way more.

I have been going here about three years the services by Odisseia have all been amazing. She cut a box down for me which saved me from buying another & taped my box for me. She is very professional & always friendly, she definitely goes the extra mile for me & I have observed the same with other customers.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Dropped off $115 worth of Amazon returns and poof it disappeared. Customer service is non-attentive and will never recommend to anyone. I have returned things to Amazon over the last 10 years and never had a problem.

Super quick, easier to deal with than the post office. Plus the staff here is a lot nicer than USPS workers. I drop off items more often due to selling things on sites. The simplicity of the process makes it seamless and easy to ship.

Always nice and friendly. Quick and easy. Faster than the post office. They have boba tea and dry cleaning next door. I can always get a lot done here. Love it.
