Saw this thrift store on Facebook and I thought it looks really cool! First off, the parking , or trying to park, is absolutely horrible! It's a very little parking lot in the back. I had to drive around a few times and make some u turns to just park on the street. I walked in & was shocked on how little the store had! Some of the housewares were neat to look at but they really had nothing for clothing. I love what they stand for and all the diversity in the store but really disappointed that I spent more time looking for a parking space then I did in the store.

Stopped by as the building pops out at ya with that pink paint all over. I felt like there wasn't a lot to see inside for options.

Best thrift store I think I've ever visited. I go on a regular basis now and there's always interesting stuff, and the prices are fantastic! I have also donated many times and they're thrilled to take it, always super helpful with everything too. I once bought a plasma TV that was a bit too large for the car and they even gave us straps to secure it! I live a bit of a drive away but it's totally worth the extra time to make this my regular store. The staff are just the best, always more than happy to help with a smile...and I haven't even mentioned that I LOVE the selection of LGBT+ merch and their charities! ?️? Keep up the good work, we love you guys. ?

Very nice people working there and they always have something cool or useful to offer. This is my favorite place to leave donations.

Very well organized, well priced, accepting place with really nice people. I began to experience severe chest pains while here and the cashier was so kind and allowed me to sit and brought me water while I waited for my partner to bring the car closer. I did not get a chance to thank them so if you see this thank you so much!!!

Love this place. Nice and clean, good deals and nice brands. I wish they had just a little bit more merchandise, especially some more furniture and vintage decor but overall very nice. Friendly staff as well and good cause. I bought a thermal cup last time and I was a little bummed to realize it was broken after I left but it was only a few bucks so not a big deal. I like that it's bright and open and not dark and dusty like many thrift stores. Definitely worth checking out for clothing.

Horrible experience with this place. For weeks I had a confirmed appointment for a pick up, I called at 8:30 am to confirm. I received their voicemail so I left a message. At 5:45 pm I received an email and all it said was that the appointment was cancelled. I called to find out why. I was told the driver was sick. So now I have a house full of furniture that has to be out in a matter of days before the new owner takes occupancy. Evidently they have one driver and if something happens to them your pick up is cancelled. I see they have other reviews about this very situation. This organization has put me in a very difficult bind. Never again.

As Canadians visiting Orlando we thought it would be cool to visit a local thrift store! We decided on Out of the Closet due to its high rating and the benefits it brings to the community. Free HIV testing and the on site pharmacy offering free plan B is absolutely incredible! Inside the beautifully vibrant building is an array of clothing, furniture, and housewares (among other things). The prices are reasonable with the majority of the cost going to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation! ?

I think so SULL and Mark are wonderful people however the manager Chris is very nasty she Was pricing a coach purse that was on the cheap and rack at $75 apparently somebody took the price tag off and And she put it at 75 it is a thrift store I know you’re there to make money for aids however that was ridiculous I will not be back I’ve heard a lot of people comment about her that she has a nasty and rude and she lives up to the expectation we worked it out and everything is OK now it’s a great learning experience
