Classic collision 8730 S Orange Ave
This is my second visit to CC originally I was referred by my insurer there was a conflict of interest with insurers and I had to retrieve my vehicle the next day. 6 months later I'm back and its simply because of how I was treated the 1st time. Upon entering the shop I was greeted again by the lovely Keislyn always pleasant welcoming, just like the rest of the ladies smiles and pleasant greeting all the way around..1st of all Kudos to team leader Robert Echevarria. Thanks for remembering me and making the progress as smooth as ever. Updates were given about twice a week. Now lets not forget the real stars of the show my technicians Ricardo Butler & Kelvin Mate, great job guys and last but not least my detailer Marcus thanks for taking a second look and making sure I was satisfied KUDOS KUDOS EXCELLENT JOB ALL THE WAY AROUND. Remember I said I was here 6 months ago they started to prep vehicle and took my rain guards off and they Remembered to put them back on 6months later..."WHO DOES THAT" PEOPLE WHO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND DO GREAT WORK...Kudos Kudos...Love my car, Thanks again. Satisfied Customer.

This was the first time my car was crashed in my 4-5 years of driving. Huge thank you to Kelvin, he was the one walking me through everything and working on my car, he's amazing!! Communication was great, answered all of my questions, kept me updated with every single thing. He made the process very smooth. I was very scared as I've heard having your car in a shop can be a pain, but with classic collision and Kelvin, it was a very quick and smooth process. Also a very big thank you to Keislyn in the front office! super sweet and friendly!! Would definitely recommend again and again.

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. They took two months to fix my vehicle through insurance. Completely killed my battery that was under warranty (I replaced it but drove without blinkers and brake lights because they said nothing was wrong). They charged me 4 grand instead of 1 grand then took three weeks to refund It. After going back and forth to get the truck fixed 7 times they gave it back to be with lights on the dash for the tire pressure sensor which was not on before I turned it in. Took it in this morning and now NONE of the sensors work and they said it’s not their fault. Stay away from this place like the plaque they will lie over and over to you and not do the right thing. I just wanted my vehicle fixed properly, nothing extra and they cannot even do that. Completely a waste of time and money.

I had to come in as an emergency for an issue with my radiator from a previous crash earlier in the year, Robert and Kelvin did everything in their power to solve it as soon as possible. Their team is amazing, Naomi at the front desk was super understanding, and everyone I interacted with provided amazing customer service. Definitely could not be happier with how they were able to resolve my issue the same day.

Beware: Poor Communication and Incomplete Repairs
Everything seemed great at first. They provided regular feedback and updates about the car, which was reassuring. Then the unthinkable happened.
Their communication with the adjuster was abysmal. They fixed most of the car but neglected the windshield and the interior, both damaged in the accident. Despite my repeated mentions that the crack occurred during the accident, they refused to fix it.
When they finally delivered the car, it was supposedly "ready," but it had a cracked windshield from side to side, a broken steering wheel, and was covered in heavy dust. I was in disbelief and had to drive it like that for over a week. It took a total of two months for the car to be completely ready.
If you want to stress about not having a car after a simple accident and not having everything repaired unless you fight for it, this is the perfect spot.
Also forgot to mention they close 30min before the time their assistant told me. And what google shows as well

They were very professional, very nice. Very knowledgeable. They help me with all my problems and they kept in touch with me through the whole step. Geico is also excellent. They send me a rental and they brought it to classic collision for me, and they also picked it up when my car was ready. Very very satisfied in all aspects. Highly recommend

Classic collision bought this location that used to be Orlando super center.I had bodywork done from Orlando supercenter that came with a lifetime warranty, but classic collision won’t honor the warranty of the shop they bought out. Bad business.

I didn't have anything repaired there but I had a good experience with Ashley in relation to an insurance claim.I was sent to Classic Collision by my insurance company for a hail damage claim. I had been getting the run around from the insurance company and sending me to many different people because hail damage claims are handled differently than regular collision claims.I had an estimate done by a paintless dent repair company but I wasn't given the go ahead to work with them because they weren't an approved shop. At Classic Collision, Ashley took a look and said that it would be more expensive than paintless dent repair and take longer because the hoods for '23 vehicles are usually on backorder. But rather than send me off my way to continue the runaround with my insurance company, Ashley went out of her way to contact the insurance company and work with both them and me to get things moving in the right direction with the paintless dent repair company even though Classic Collision would not receive anything for the job.This was very much appreciated and saved me countless hours of time until I could talk to the right person at my insurance company.

Had repair done due to a dent/crease in the driver side door of the SUV. The claim was filed through out insurance provider. Vehicle took longer to fix and when the vehicle was picked up, the painting of the driver side door had waves in it and did not match the rest of the oem texture. A visible crease was still present under the driver side mirror on the door. Poor craftsman ship and customer service. Beware!Services: Painting
