I entrusted Classic Collision with the repair of my vehicle following an unfortunate three-way car crash. Being the middle vehicle and driving a Mazda CX30 I received the brunt of the damage. Both my front and rear bumper were damaged along with repairs needed for electrical due to my vehicle having rear and front sensors. After arriving at Classic Collision on November 10th 2023 I was introduced to Kelvin (supervisor) who assured me that repairs would be handled in a prompt and efficient manner. As progress began on the overall repairs of the vehicle, I knew that the turnaround wouldn't be a quick one seeing as how the holidays were fast approaching. But, thanks to Kelvin's guidance I could rest my hat on the notion that my vehicle was in good hands as he oversaw the transition from beginning to end. After the completion of repairs, I received the vehicle back before New Years and everything ran smoothly (at first). But it wasn't until March 10th that the real issue arose when the check engine light turned itself on (due to mechanical error) seeking guidance I took it to the Mazda Dealership unaware that there had been repairs done under the vehicle which accounted for the issue that revolved around my 02 censor being affected. Thinking fast I contacted State Farm who advised me to reopen the claim and take the vehicle back to Classic Collision for repairs. I was advised by Kelvin and Robert that when repairs are conducted Classic Collision takes the more economical approach and least cost effective. However, with that being said both Kelvin and Robert took the time to sympathy with my situation and apologized for the work that had been done. As was the last time Kelvin took ownership of the repair and assured me that he would personally oversee the process from start to finish as his team got to work. The Mazda CX30 was returned to my possession as of March 18th 2024 and I couldn't be more ecstatic for the value, care, commitment, and efficiency put into rebuilding my car back to brand new. Lastly, Kelvin and his team went the extra distance and detailed the car (which it needed) giving me that fresh off the lot feeling one gets when purchasing a brand-new vehicle. As is my experience with most repair shops when it comes to vehicles I can say that most companies are out to make the extra $$$ off the customer. They'll gladly generate numerous issues and bill high amounts when all you needed was a simple repair. But, as a valued customer of Classic Collision I can safely hang my hat on the notion that Kelvin and his team will ensure every need is meet. They are very diligent, proficient, professional, and efficient when it comes to repairs and will ensure that you (the costumer) are included at every turn of the repair.

They are very professional, friendly, and know what they are doing. I sent my 2016 Jetta in to get fixed. I recieved updates every 2 days with so many pictures. They truly did a perfect job. Roxanne was very great and detailed with her work. Also, Cat assisted me along the way and answered my questions clearly and honestly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here one thing is they are honest and I look for honesty most.

I highly highly recommend Classic Collision. I cannot brag about them enough. After an accident you are naturally stressed, however these people truly take care of you from start to finish to make it as stress free as possible. I am so glad I took my car there, it looks like new. From the front desk receptionist, Sandra, is so pleasant and nice. Roxanne was absolutely fantastic! She is so sweet and gave me periodic updates about my vehicle. Managers, Christa and Kat accommodated my needs even when the insurance company was giving me pushback. Angel always has a pleasant smile and is so helpful. Alex did the initial intake and was so kind. Every single person I have come in contact with there has been absolutely amazing. Thank you so much, God bless you all!

This place has amazing customer service! Sandra is the first person that you meet when walking into this establishment and she’s very welcoming. I entrusted Classic Collision with the repair of my vehicle following an unfortunate hit & run accident, expecting professionalism and thoroughness. Instead, I was met with a series of oversights that added unnecessary stress and financial strain. Despite a clear agreement and communication about the required repairs, the bumper, which was one of the major damages, was left untouched. This came as a surprise, especially since the approval was already given both by their own supervisor, Lori, and Geico's claims team. Furthermore, a blatant oversight on their part was the omission of my driver's side rear tire replacement from the initial estimate they sent to Geico. This, despite the fact that I had expressly pointed out the damage and even watched as their employee noted it and took photographs during the intake process. Their supervisor offered assurances that the rental car fees I would incur would be for approximately one week. I was not expecting to bear the cost for three weeks due to their prolonged and incomplete repair process. However, the verbal reassurances do not make up for the tangible inconveniences and out-of-pocket expenses I've had to endure. For an establishment that is in the business of rectifying vehicular damages and inconveniences, the series of lapses I experienced was disappointing, to say the least. While I appreciate the efforts made by some staff members to correct the initial mistakes, but the overall experience has been far from satisfactory. I opted for Classic Collision with the hope of a hassle-free and precise repair process, but unfortunately, what I received was the exact opposite. It's my sincere hope that others exercise caution and ensure every detail is double-checked when engaging with this establishment.

Excellent Service. It actually got cheaper than first estimate. Will did a fantastic job. My car was done in only four days! Other places told me 2-3 weeks. Car looks brand new again. Very happy.

Top notch. This is the second time I have used their service. My first time experience is why I chose them. You could not ask for better. Fast, efficient, consideration for the customer. Got updates every other day from Roxanne. Repair was finished before the estimated date. Thank classic collision for taking such good care of my vehicle.

Outstanding service. My car is my baby. I was worried about a subpar repair when I got into the accident. Classic Collision made the rental car process easy, I was updated for every step, and they gave me my car back in excellent condition. My car was damaged when someone was backing out of the driveway and they hit my rear passenger area of my car. Got some touch up paint to try and fix it but as you can see, not a very good job. Took it into classic collision, off of land street and it turned out beautifully. What a r professional job, it doesn’t even look like there’s any damage to my car. They were able to touch up the paint and get the little dents out. My car looks perfect. I had a rental car for a few days and as they progressed working on my car, they constantly gave me updates regarding where they were at as far as fixing my car. The service was excellent and that’s why I gave them 5 stars. Thank you Jay & Kat, for all of your help. I really appreciate it. Have a blessed day.

They've had my car for nearly a month for minor front end repairs. They don't give me updates unless I call constantly and have to wait days for them to call back. Terrible terrible experience. They also charged my insurance company a crazy amount over the original quote. 1/10 do not recommend at all.

Very grateful, car was returned to me like new like nothing ever happened and it was very damaged almost irreparable from the back. Team and staff everyone did an incredible job from the front desk to the young man who handed me back the keys. Thank you all classic collusion pleasure doing business with you all. The customer service at this establishment is out of this world. They keep you informed, do quality repairs and have the car ready when they say it is going to be ready. Shoutout to Roxanne, she rocks!
