Don't ever take your car here unless you have a warranty. Also be sure to have all the proof in the world on how your car runs prior to taking it to these hacks. They WILL make sure your car runs worse and they'll throw the book at you with every little extra thing they can charge. Plus. They do everything digitally to remove liability. Do not sign off on any paperwork until you have tried driving your car. They won't let you do this and they'll make you sign off prior to even getting your car back. Super fishy. Super scummy.

I have been in the market for a GTI for nearly a month.I came into Orlando VW North, with a printed list of multiple GTIs that I had identified.I arrived at Orlando VW North and said I wanted to test drive a specific GTI.They had to ask the manager if I could test drive a GTI. The manager denied my request and basically said I wasn't serious about buying a GTI. The staff then asked where I worked, implying that I was just wasting their time and couldn't afford the car. They also claimed they never this many GTIs on their lot, while also turning away a prospective buyer. I am a serious GTI buyer. I've never been refused a test drive, ever. This is by far the worse I've ever been treated by a car dealership. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other VW dealers to choose to from.

Can't speak for the dealership as a whole, but the SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE IS EXCEPTIONAL. I have never, ever, had a better customer service experience at any other dealership. There is truly a special group of people working at this VW service center that provide an incredible level of customer service. On the 3 separate occassions that I've had to bring my Golf R here, I was helped end-to-end with timely updates and people going out of their way to make sure my experience was great, questions were answered, and problems addressed. Nick at the front, Brian in service, Will in parts and Ken (Mgr?) all were fantastic and delivered truly world class customer service that they should be proud of because it is RARE these days. Thanks for making my day better every time I have to bring my car in!

I drove my 2001 VW EuroVan from California to Orlando. There was a leak from the engine that I was concerned about. I wanted it checked out and resolved because I have a lot more traveling around the country to go. I brought my van to 3 different mechanics in the Orlando area and none of them were comfortable working on it. I was weary about going to a dealership for service but felt I had no other option. I'm so thankful for Orlando VW North, especially service consultant, Arthur. He truly went above and beyond in customer service. He's definitely a person of integrity. He got back to me by the next day, as promised. He communicated clearly the problem found and the solution. I was initially very worried bringing my van in. However, I was able to pick it up the very next day and continue my journey around the country without delay, with confidence, and reassurance! Thank you Arthur and Orlando VW North!

Update from my last review: after paying 350 for a diagnostic they didn't even notice that my transmission was failing. What talentless overpriced mechanics are you guys hiring here? I even told them about a warning I was getting on my dash related to the transmission and it wasn't included in the report lol. They said it may have just been a bad sensor.

I have a brand new 2022 Tiguan SEL-R. Took it to this location for an oil change and check the remote start as well the auto on/off. Every single time I have an appointment, they always great me with smile. You just know that they care about you. They go above and beyond to explain to you the issue/solution. They're very transparent and keep you up to date on what was going on. I highly recommend this place. Won't go anywhere else.

Bad, bad business. We took our VW for gas tank leak, we pay top $, we pick it up, and still the same problem. They want a lot more $ to repair the same issue again. No satisfaction.

I came in with a 2017 GTI with only 37k miles the car was leaking gas yes with only 37k miles, i find out that this is a common problem on this cars there's actually a recall on the 2015 and 2016 but not the 2017 with that been said that means that they know whats the real problem with this cars if they really proffesionals, but apparently not in this dealership or they just trying to get your money, they charge me 1,240.00 and they didn't fix my car they said that was another part, they didn't go to the real problem, they returned my car with the same issues after i paid them 1,240.00 and the crazy part is that after all that they said that they found what the real problem was and that they gonna charge me 2,400.00 thats how this dealer works, please be aware and don't fall into this place.2 of he's employees told me that this was a common problem When you guys told me to change the tank the first time i said yes, Adam told me was gonna cost me 2,800 and i said yes, i said don't matter how much was gonna cost cause i need the car, but you guys decide to play the good guys by saving me money now you guys want to charge me 2,400.00 extra to do something that you guys know from the beginning you guys supposed to be the proffesionals here not me im not a mechanic thats why i took my car here for 5 years but i see what you guys are doing here, I will definitely not coming back to this place already fix the car for half of what you guys where asking, i will leave some pictures so people see what a big liars you guys are, you guys said that is because overfill with gas but this is not what the NHTSA People be aware of this place

Over chargin on parts and labor not to mention that they will fix stuff that don't need to be fix they do not go to the real problem so they can charge you extra, really bad service on the service area, Kennedy the manager of the service is really rudeThey will not work with you after they get your money.PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP
