This is a great place! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted with by a friendly face and was made to feel welcome. The therapists are very professional and have the best interest of their patients at heart. There are a wide range of age groups who the therapists work with at various stages of healing. I have had the pleasure of working with Matt Cooksey after having partial knee replacement. He listens to my concerns and pushes me just enough to go beyond what I think I can do. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my physical therapy.

Orlando Sports Medicine has been taking care of my family's rehabilitation needs for years. Bill is awesome and his team is well trained by him. His experience and knowledge are evident through his understanding of the body, i juries, and the use of techniques. You get the full explanation of how and why you need to take physical therapy seriously. He delivers this important part of rehab with a positive attitude and a great sense of enthusiasm for your ongoing success. I highly recommend this location for your rehab needs. I can't provide enough positive feedback about Orlando Sports Medicine at Waterford Lakes. I first visited this facility as a recommendation from my doctor for a hamstring tendinopathy a couple of years ago. More recently, I revisited them for knee and neck pain. If you are looking for a place that not only provides physical therapy, but tailors your sport injury treatment/recovery from a training and coaching perspective, this is the place to go. Bill is extremely knowledgeable of all sport injuries. He doesn't just give you a standard/textbook recovery program. He develops a person-specific recovery program for each patient according to their goals, sex, age, medical history, and physical abilities/limitations. Also, the whole staff and general atmosphere are very welcoming, professional and enjoyable. I recommend this place 100% without hesitation. I will visit again if/when needed. Thank you.

After surgery from tearing my ACL and meniscus, I would have never guessed I would be able to do the things I can do today. My therapist, Bill, knows how to gently push me so I can progress at a good pace. The staff are always very friendly and I feel confident my knee care is in the best hands.

Was referred there after surgery, my PT Darshan is amazing. Still have a long road to go before I'm back to 100%, but with his determination for me to succeed I am glad he is working with me.

I tore my ACL and was referred to Orlando sports medicine by my boss, best suggestion I’ve ever received! The therapists here are really good at their jobs, most importantly, they care about your well being and push you to be better with every session. Shout out to Shane, Roman, Gabby, and Bill for the sessions they put me through. I always skipped leg day but nowadays I look forward to working out my lower body because they taught me the right techniques; they even did the workouts with me to show me how they are supposed to be done. 8 months after my surgery, I feel confident again to play basketball and workout by myself knowing that I have the right techniques down and my quad is strong enough to carry my weight. If you ever need physical therapy, no need to think twice, Orlando Sports Medicine, Waterford location, is the place to be!

Went to OSM for bursitis/tendonitis. Danny was fantastic. He is patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Each session was different and he went at my pace. I have been to one other PT place in the Waterford area and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. The facility is clean and the equipment is in good condition. The entire staff is friendly. Would absolutely recommend Danny and the therapists at OSM.

The therapists are very good at making sure you're safely and correctly doing any exercises and stretches. They are also friendly and happy to be there (you can tell by how well they all get along). Highly recommend Orlando Sports Medicine.

Personally I’d give more than five stars for Orlando Sports Medicine at Waterford Lakes! Bill and the rest of the staff are quality when it comes to their knowledge and care. I would not go anywhere else if I need physical therapy again. It’ll be hard to stop going after I’m finished with my knee replacement therapy.

I walked in here broken to pieces all over my body as a complete motorsport catastrophe. Roman had me back on track in months. He knows his stuff, and genuinely cares about your progress and recovery. They all do here. You're treated like family not just an MRN. Roman, Gabby, Bill, Danny, Shane... All top shelf in professionalism and patient care. They are all subject matter experts, and you won't leave with unanswered questions. Kimberly and the rest of the office staff were very accommodating making it an overall great experience. Unfortunately I broke myself again before I finished my treatment. I spent 8 months working with the staff on my original recovery, and will return after the next surgery to continue it. Cheers ✌️♥️?

The care my Physical Therapist, Roman, provides is fantastic. He explains everything at a pace I can comprehend and demonstrates the exercises I need to do. He engages his patients and looks out for their best interest. Roman has a great sense of humor and I appreciate his help each time I’m in the facility.
