I really enjoyed visiting this art museum with my sister. The people at the front was very courteous. It was very welcoming and immersive. I loved a lot of the exhibits and spent time admiring and being inspired by many of the pieces by different artists. The time we allotted was not nearly enough. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The place is amazing due to the beautiful arts but they sure need to improve their customer service!!! We had some contradicting information about the policies. They said that it was ok for us to record and take pictures if it wasn’t professional or for lucrative purposes. They kept picking on us for using a Sony camera instead of our phones, and later on, when we were using our phones, they came back to say that we were no longer welcome because “recording is not aloud”. (That information was not in any moment mentioned)
Our cameras were not in anyway professional and the purpose of the photos were for pure enjoyment and memory. We have photography as a hobby only, and none of the pictures and videos were for a portfolio or professional ends. We are disappointed and frustrated with the treatment and misinformation that was giving to us. We did talk about getting a refund, but they avoided the possibility by saying that we already had plenty of time in there, in which we were only there for 1hr (on and off in an argument with the supervisor)
PS: We were not the only ones in there taking pictures and recording. They only picked on us due to our camera which is a handheld device.
They also had kids touching and hitting the art pieces, and we were the only ones asked to leave for not following their policy.
They gave us a paper that stated that if we wanted to be in there recoding and taking picture we would have to pay $250 each!!!!!

A beautiful art museum that is the perfect size for a early afternoon visit. The installations are beautiful, thought provoking, and inspiring. There is a free parking lot. Highly recommend taking your time!

This was my first visit and I was very impressed by the size and variety of exhibits. I arrived just after ten on a Tuesday, and other than a group of extremely well behaved pre-schoolers and perhaps half a dozen other visitors, I was alone in the galleries. The gift shop was very nice too, with a good range of gifts for all interests and ages. I definitely look forward to returning in the near future.

Great space for world class art in Central Florida. New leadership installed after the embarrassment of the Basquiat fiasco from a few years ago has really gone a long way towards restoring the prestige of the institution.

Wanted to spend a quiet day at the museum after 3 hectic days in theme parks. Came to the perfect place. By stroke of luck, the highlights tour also started just as we came in. Loved our time here, the tour helped me view art and the journey the artists had through that art. Would highly recommend the museum and the highlights tour.
