It's a little lawless in here after a game. My dad caught a guy trying to scan his wallet. But what can you do. The shop itself is well curated and maintained. The cashiers were friendly.

I ordered a jersey online 11/14/22. They are not shipping my order until 12/7/22. My estimated delivery is anywhere from 12/14-12/17. I purchased this for a event on 12/11/22. I have offered to pay more to ship it faster or whatever but they stated they cannot. They are getting the jersey from a outside vendor. You are the team store and have nothing in stock? I have not had this issue with other jerseys and team stores. I wish I could buy this jersey elsewhere because I definitely would. I will not use this team store again! This experience makes me want to quit supporting them and coming to games anymore. Businesses now days are definitely nothing like they use to be. Would have given 0 stars if possible! Such disappointment when you come to games on a regular basis and support the team.

I've come here to buy a Solar Bears tshirt during lunch about a year ago and today came to get a Magic jersey personalized. Staff always helpful and attentive to what I needed.
