The truth is I had a very bad experience in this place, I bought a pallet of Victoria secret splash because they charged me $100 for shipping and it arrived the next day it never arrived and when I complained because I have to pay $500 insurance for my order to be delivered they stopped answering me They charge for the call and they don't want to give me back the $600 I paid, that's not done. You work hard enough for them to tell me that they won't give me my money back. They paint it very nicely. You pay $100 for shipping and it arrives the next day and the next day. a charge of $500 to deliver it to you ??? that amount is absurd

I started buying pallets 3 weeks ago. Steven is fair and a straight shooter in my opinion. Yes these are Lowe's return items so if course there will be items that need work, but if you are smart and are willing to get a little dirty there is room to make money. Buying and selling return items is a risk and it's not for everyone, but these guys are not running a scam, nor are they picking through the merchandise. You will get a mix of items that are basically brand new and were likely returned because the customers used the items once. You will get stuff that may need work or are missing parts and yes you might get some stuff done that is beyond salvage. Again it's not for everyone. Show up and you will have the same opportunity as everyone else. Steven is running a legit operation but again this is a very competitive business and there are risks. I plan to continue buying from them. For me the rewards have outweighed the risk and the price per pallet is more than fair. And they are not cherry picking or repalleting. They post sales the night before the truck gets there and it is shrink wrapped right off the truck it came in. 5 stars from me as this can be a brutal business and in my opinion these guys do it the right way. I recently had the misfortune of shopping at Orlando liquidation warehouse , and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. The store sold me a broken item, and when I tried to return it, they refused to give me a refund or exchange.
It's clear that this store is running a scam by knowingly selling defective products to unsuspecting customers. They are fully aware that the items they are selling are broken, yet they still put them on the shelves to trick people into buying them.
Buyer beware when shopping at Orlando liquidation warehouse ! Don't be fooled by their flashy displays and seemingly good deals. You'll end up wasting your money on useless, defective products and receive no help or compensation when you try to return them.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this store at all costs. It's a shame that businesses like this exist, preying on innocent consumers who just want to purchase quality goods. Shame on Orlando liquidation warehouse for their dishonest practices.

Don’t buy from their website … it’s totally scam … I paid $910 for a perfume pallet and I never received it, and When I called Their number on the website they asked me to pay 600$ for insurance to send the pallet … professional scammers …

Has anyone ever bought pallets from these guys off their website? They seem very sketchy over the phone and are always contradicting what they say. Even my cashapp didn’t let me send money to them so looking for someone’s who’s already purchased. Asked if I could come in and look at the pallets before buying them and was told I can only purchase them online.

It is a store where you buy everything without a guarantee and yet they test almost everything before selling it if you ask them to. I have bought tools, fans, door handles, mirrors, paints, ceramics, etc. at half the price marked in the original stores (the Home Depot lowes). Before buying I always check the prices and if any adjustments are necessary, the guys are willing to give me the best price.
