I used the chat box on website to confirm a vehicle was there at 1000am. Response back was yes and ask for Stephanie. I get there and asked for Stephanie and other sales rep came out. Five to ten minutes looking for key, sales rep came back with car sold yesterday. Asked to talk to Stephanie since she replied yes it was there as of 1000am. No Stephanie. Asked for GM to complain. Voiced my concerns of poor communication with the dealership. The GM gave excuses if they don't always have update information when car is sold. If was sold this morning, I would of understood but I was told it was there and told when I got there sold Yesterday! Change your process then---Poor process. GM said he make a deal on another car. Test drive another and willing to purchase. Sales rep comes back with a fee for Greenway loyalty? What, I have to pay extra because haven't bought from Greenway? That is so wrong ( by the way...poor data base because I have before). GM never came out to help make a deal because they was not discount on the sales breakdown sheet. Do not waste your time with this dealership because of the poor communication and lack of knowledge of their inventory on a timely manner as well as when the GM says he will help make a deal and there was no deal on the sales breakdown sheet. Very poor dealership do not recommend. I made the same mistake of giving this place a second try

We called before driving an hour to take a look at a car. I confirmed with the sales associate, Nada, that the prices reflected online didn't have any additional charges, other than an $1190 destination charge, and taxes, etc. I specifically asked if there was a market adjustment, and she said no. When we arrived, what did we find? Literally between $10,000 and $11,000 added to each car as a "market adjustment". What a liar, just to get me in the door! We never saw Nada the 10 minutes we were there, but Darren assisted us. He was very pleasant, and was up front with us about the charges. I wish we would have gotten him on the phone this morning...

It's sad to say but I also believe they are racist despite there being a few black employees. I don't want to get into details but they made me feel very uncomfortable and I have perfect credit. I just wouldn't recommend even making a deal with them.

DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST ENCOUNTER On March 19, 2022, my boyfriend and I went to Greenway Kia to buy our leased car. We had a scheduled appointment with Ricardo Ojeda and as soon as we arrived to meet with Ricardo, we could already tell he had an attitude. The whole entire time, he was on his phone and slouching in the chair as if we were the ones wasting his time and bothering him. Keep in mind it is his job to sell us the car and answer all of our questions. After that, he gave us a paper with the car's price and additional fees. Since it was our first time buying a car we had lots of questions about the extra fees being charged. And when we asked Ricardo what these charges are, he got extremely frustrated, when we ask him what the ARPT fees are. So we asked him if he could find out for us. Ricardo immediately sighed, and got up from his chair stomping away like a 5-year-old. We were so confused about his behavior and asked if we were bothering him. Then he turned around he came charging at us and ripped the paper out of my boyfriend's hand, and shouted "I'm not f*****g doing this anymore",then stormed off before we could even say something. After being humiliated in front of the whole entire dealership, we went to speak to the Sales manger Mac Cumbur. And the first thing he asked us was "What did you guys do to provoke my employee". We were so furious we tried to explain to him what just happened, but all he said "I'm sorry, but you people always act like that". And I'm pretty sure "you people" he meant black people, which my boyfriend is black. Which made us even more furious, at this point I just wanted to to cry. So I asked Mac Cumbur if we could go to a office, somewhere more private. He refused to talk to us in private and just kept humiliating us to the entire salesfloor. After getting no where I felt so defeated, I had no choice but to go into a random private office and cry. After this whole situation to this very day the sales men who disrespected us in front of everyone, is still employed as if nothing ever happened. Never in my entire life have I ever been treated like this, all I was trying to do was buy my first car.

Drove 45 minutes to look at a car, for my son, that I had found on cars.com and their website only to find a bait and switch. I talked to someone (I won't give names, but was no where to be found when I asked for him) about a minimal price discrepancy between the two sites and he assured the price was negotiable. I called to make sure it was still on the lot before I crossed Orlando on I4, during rush hour, on a Friday night. When I got to the dealership, the sticker price on the car was was $9,000 more than online. That is not is typo. $9,000. I got the run around for two hours as they assumed I didn't know how to add nor subtract. He literally said to me "If we put that price on the car you wouldn't have come out here tonight." Seriously? Guys, the cost, rate and term all matter. He let me walk. I give him an A for effort because after all of this, he tried to sell me a car to replace my daughter's little VW I was driving. I just laughed. I would give zero stars if it were an option. BEWARE OF THE RECON COST!!

Drove a little over an hour to get here to check out a car that they had told me was on the lot only to find out it had sold already an earlier in the week. Great place to drive to waste gas and time.

I bought a jeep from the greenway Kia west in orlando fl . I was taken care from a salesman named Vincent / lovincent and not only was he not knowledgeable or informative about the car but literally the next day the keep was having a brake noise. They said that they did do inspection on the car and did service on it but did not. I called the dealship to make this right but not only did they not contact me back , which is unprofessional but I also went to personally and tried to get help and they did not want to assist me at all. The manager Brian was also not helpful and did not even address the issue. I would seriously never recommend this dealship . Horrible customer service and professionalism!

Just walked out. Looking at Kia EV6 at 52k. Sit down down and do the numbers and financing trade. Come back and the car is listed at 69k. Thinking they marked the wrong car, the sales manager speaks to us like we are the idiots for not knowing they mark up vehicles 18k now over MSRP. He said that is what they paid for it so they mark up the vehicles. Wow. First MSRP is not what a dealer pays and you will never sell a Kia for 69k. I love our EV and buying another was exciting but these guys are a piece of work. Skip and don't use the the mechanics either. Over priced ripoff from all of greenway. Will never go there again.

I had a reason to file a complaint with the corporate office because Greenway KIA West would not respond to the written communication I emailed to them in December 2021. As of this date, March 20, 2022, I have not received any response from the management team and leaders at Greenway KIA West. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. My first KIA SOUL was purchased at this dealership. They were under previous management. The new management team and the decision makers, in my humble opinion, are not for the average person. I contacted the corporate office on several occasions and they could not get any response or action from this dealership. My family has purchased four KIA SOUL vehicles. As stated previously, only the initial KIA SOUL was purchased at this dealership. Never again!!!

On November 21, 2020 I purchased a new 2021 Kia Telluride from this dealer after much "negotiation". I traded in a clean 2015 Toyota Highlander Platinum Edition which had just turned 50,000 miles, titled and registered in North Carolina. I HAVE THREE MAJOR COMPLAINTS. 1. I insisted at the time that the new Kia had to be titled and registered in North Carolina, which was not done, so I paid Florida's sales and use tax (6%) when closely examining the paperwork. It took nearly 4 months to get the vehicle properly registered in North Carolina where sales and use tax is (3%). Greenway Kia West received nearly $1,000. to handle this paperwork. 2. On Saturday, Nov. 21, I faxed the proper documentation for a factory authorized military discount of $500., I included a cover sheet explaining what this was for. My fax machine indicated that both pages were received. I was told by Chis Barker the salesman that this was never received. I stated my machine indicated it was properly received, to which he replied "they didn't know what to do with it". To which I replied, that the cover memo explained exactly what needed to be done with this. This was met with silence. 3. At no time was anyone willing to review the technical aspects of this vehicle. So many ipad forms to sign, or initial were put in front of me by the finance manager. I made a mistake in assuming proper applications were made with these forms. WRONG! A close friend had just purchased his Telluride at Paramount Kia in Asheville, North Carolina, 1.99%. I was told Kia Motor Finance would handle financing similarly, I agreed to this. But when paperwork appeared, it was set up at 4.5%, which I rejected immediately and fianced the vehicle through my credit union at 1.99% paying off Kia finance before the first payment was due. For many months I contacted managerial staff at Greenway Kia West and at no time received even the courtesy of a return phone call. (I've only touched on the major points here, but there have been more. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS DEALER AND POSSIBLE ANY OF THE GREENWAY GROUP.

Came to get a simple oil change and radiator flushing that escalated to me breaking into my own house sense these people just "forgot to call you" and kept my house keys. Had an appointment for 1pm they close at 5pm texted and called twice to hear no response. paid full price they wouldn't even consider a small discount for the trouble they caused me now I owe my landlord a new door because my pet parent sense is bigger than my sense of accepting b******* apologies of "they f****** forgot" to call me. 226$ I get shuttled to the dealership to get my car. Tipped the nice lady, leaving this review for David and everyone else involved in service. Your night shift lady in sales has a mean attitude when someone's keeping her on the phone instead of going home for the night. Rude and loud. Never coming to this location or their East location. If I was a older white lady like the nice one y'all had in the lobby ready to pick up her nice expensive car maybe they wouldn't have forgotten about me.
