We Purchased a 2025 Hyundai SANTA FE HYBRID from Greenway yesterday. Everyone from Sylvana on internet, Tony in finance, and especially Angelica in sales were not only informative and helpful but delivered on what was promised, no surprises or delays. We must admit to being pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend this store to our friends.

Despite not being able to take full advantage of the lease promotion on the Ioniq 5 SE that Hyundai USA promoted on their website, Ed still worked hard to get me lease terms that I was comfortable with on an SEL. I would recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new lease, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Steven was extremely helpful throughout our entire experience. Steven helped me get my first car with Hyundai and we set up a lease. I enjoyed my experience so much, I reached out to Steven again when my lease was ending to get another car with Hyundai. Steven communicated everything very well and made the process run very smoothly.

Joshua was & always is very professional and as helpful as he can be given that quite a few customers arrived for early appointments. Still, with all the confusion, Joshua took the time to ask if there was any issues that needed attention. Then he takes photos of the vehicle, and it was taken in to the bay. All the normal 25,556 mile inspections and services were completed, & the issue with the brakes was inspected & addressed to specifications & on my drive home, I was very happy that the issue was checked & functioned as they were supposed to. I have noted that after dealing with two prior service managers, that I finally have a service manager that I can rely on. Thanks to Greenway Hyundai for taking care of me and my vehicle.

ORLANDO Hyundai service department is the best. They went above and beyond my expectations on my recent visit. Logan always takes care of my concerns and gets me in promptly! He’s the best!!!!
Highly recommend! Took in today August 30,2024 and again Logan had me in and out in about 1 hour. Best service advisor I have ever had.

Received very prompt and courteous service. Tyler informed me of all the details in regards to an engine replacement upfront with an estimated 3 weeks turnaround (getting Hyundai approval on an extended warranty, securing new engine and replacing old one along hoses etc). Kept in touch with updates and car was ready at the 2 week mark - 100% happy and satisfied!
